I can't escape this hell
So many times I've tried
But I'm still caged inside
Somebody get me through this nightmare
I can't control myself
"Axel! Please don't... no more…"
Axel looked away from the whimpering girl on the ground.
"Axel… please…this isn't like you…" Destiny whimpered softly.
Her left arm had a cut from her elbow to her wrist. The blood was flowing steadily out of it.
So what if you can see the darkest side of me?
No one will ever change this animal I have become

"This is me! You'll never know me and don't you think you will dammit!!" Axel screamed.
He slashed her right cheek up past her eye to her forehead. She didn't scream even though her eye was cut and she couldn't open it. She stood up in a huge effort.
"This…this isn't you….I know it….. please Axel…"
A solitary tear fell out of her right eye.
His expression softened slowly.

Axel fell to his knees in front of the damaged girl.
"please…Des…don't leave… I can't control it…I'm so angry and…and…I'm scared..."
His voice trailed off as he was looking up to the girl he once loved.

She knelt down too.
"Shh…" she hushed him, holding his body.
His body was shaking in her arms...
"please… it's not…you're right…it's not the real me... help me…"

"It's not just you're burden anymore…" she whispered quietly.
He looked to her bloody wet face and put his hands on her cheeks carefully, like a piece of glass...
Reflecting his cruel actions, and showing her pain...
