AN:// Kirby 117 at ya. Well, here I go again tryin' to write another fic. Hope you enjoy. Read and Review.
BING! BING! BING! BING! The bell rang for school to begin. Ash, Misty, Brock, and all their friends entered the school after a long, enjoyable summer vacation. The halls were bustling with students telling their friends about their vacation. Ash and Misty spent their vacations at each other's houses. Yes, its true, Ash and Misty FINALLY admitted their feelings to each other, and the two started going out at the beginning of their vacations. However, this relationship wasn't known by many people. This is because Misty was extremely popular, and well...Ash isn't quite up to her level.
They young couple walked over to their lockers and got the books they needed for their classes. While Misty was closing her locker, a large group of Misty's friends crowded around her and asked her about her vacation. Misty smilled, set her things down, and started telling them everything. Well, almost everything. She said nothing about Ash or about the fact that they were going out. Just as Misty was wrapping things up, one of the girls in the group asked Misty if she fount a boyfriend yet. Ash, looked at Misty, and she was thinking of a name. Ash was about to pipe in when Gary Oak walked down the hall. Gary, caught the attention of all the girls, including Misty. Now, Misty didn't like Gary, not like all the other girls. But, she still needed to answer the girls' question, so she decided that Gary would be her "temporary boyfriend." She ran over to Gary, who just so happened to like Misty, and announced that Gary was her boyfriend. Since Gary also liked Misty, he made no objection. Misty hoped that the girls would leave soon, so she could tell Gary that she really wasn't going out with him, and she could rejoin Ash and enjoy the rest of the school day.
However, Misty's plan backfired as Gary leaned in and kissed her, with Ash watching in the backround. The girls "awwwed" smiled at "the couple." However, Ash wasn't as happy as the rest of the crowd. He got his books and left the hall.
The crowd dispersed and Misty ran off, without telling Gary the truth. She searched everywhere for Ash, but she couldn't find him. The bell rang for the students to head to class, so Misty was forced to end her search and go to her classes.
