My version of the warrior code.
The real code:
Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with other cats from other clans, but your loyalty must remain to your clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
Do not hunt or trespass on another Clans territory.
Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders.
Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.
A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
Newly appointed warriors must keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.
A cat can not be made deputy without mentoring at least one apprentice.
The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires.
After death or retirement of the deputy, a new deputy must be named before moon high.
A gathering of all four clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. there shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.
Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.
No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if that kit is from a different Clan.
The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code
An honorable warrior does not need to kill to win his battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self- defense
A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet
My code:
Defend your Clan with your life.
Do not fight against your Clanmates.
Listen to your leader and deputy and obay their command.
Do not go on other Clans terrioty.
Do not challenge any cats if you are on their territory.
Queens and elders must eat first. Apprentices are not to eat unless they have hunted for the elders.
Unless they have permission, apprentices are not to go out of the camp without a warrior.
Kits must stay in camp at all times.
Do not mate with a cat from another Clan.
Stay loyal to your clan at all costs.
Elders or queens can not be chosen as deputy.
If a cat is bannished from the Clan, The must not return to any of the clans territory.
A loyal warrior will not accept food from the twolegs and will reject the soft life of a kittypet.
A warrior must try their best to help cats that are sick or in pain even if they are from another clan.
A warrior must not challenge cats on their territory if they have come to see the clan leader. If cats are trespassing or stealing prey challenge them.
