A/N:
Okay shush, I can dream, can't I? Besides. I wrote this like 15 minutes before the episode started.
"Kill him."
The order rings loud and clear in his head. He doesn't have time to think before Dean is pinned to the wall underneath him.
"Cas, what are you doing?" His voice is muffled under the echo of Naomi. Castiel wants to fight back the impulse but he doesn't have control of his own vessel.
"Kill him!" her scream is louder now, and the knife is now at Deans throat.
"Cas! Don't do this! Cas, No!"
Castiel wants to stop, but everything seems so distant. Dean is squirming beneath him and pleading, it almost seems miles away.
"Castiel! Kill him!" Naomi's shouts echo through his head as he unconsciously pushes the knife closer to Dean.
"Cas, no! Cas, I love you!"
Suddenly everything flips and Dean is so close, closer than he's ever been to Castiel. Naomi starts to scream louder but Castiel is suddenly, fully, aware of everything.
The knife in his hand falls to the ground with a too-loud clatter and Dean is looking at him, stricken and confused. The screaming in Castiel's head grows louder as he, for the first time, consciously, leans towards Dean. He pulls Dean closer and kisses him.
The desperate screaming from Naomi turns into rage as Dean's surprise changes into passion, grabbing Castiel's trenchcoat and desperately tugging him closer. The kiss is ferocious, desperate, Castiel wanting any fully-conscious feelings he can find, Dean finally getting what he's wanted forever.
Reluctantly, Dean pulls away and looks at Castiel, he is short of breath, but smiling at him nonetheless. The yelling in Castiel's head has stopped and he leans into Dean's shoulder, relieved for the lack of screaming.
There's a quiet cough behind the pair and a still-panting Dean, softly pushes Castiel away to see a brusied and bloody Meg, smirking in the doorway.
"He's pretty good, isn't he?" she smiles.
