"Hey Sakuno!" Tomoka called out.
"Hi Tomo-chan." Sakuno said smiling.
"Isn't it Ryoma's birthday today?" Tomoka asked grinning.
"Yeah it is." Sakuno replied giving her a weird look.
"Do you have a present for him?"
"Ah, yah I do." Sakuno replied looking at the wrapped gift in her hands.
"Okay that's good, let's go!" Tomoka said suddenly covering her eyes with a blind fold and grabbing Sakuno's hand and dragging her off somewhere.
"H-Hey wait T-Tomo-chan! W-What are you doing!" Sakuno said complaining.
"Don't worry k? Everything's going to be fine." Tomoka reassured her.
Somewhere…
Sakuno finally saw light and it hurt her eyes a bit. "A-Ah…Tomo-chan?" Sakuno said as she looked around but saw no sign of her friend. 'I'm at the park…'
"Ryuuzaki…" A very familiar voice called Sakuno's name.
"R-Ryoma-kun!" Sakuno said surprised.
"Sit." Ryoma motioned her to sit beside him on the bench.
"H-Hai!" Sakuno said nervously, but happily. She sat down beside Ryoma with her head timidly facing the ground. After a few minutes of silence, Sakuno decided to break the silence.
"H-Happy Birthday R-Ryoma-kun! Sakuno said as she handed him a neatly wrapped gift. Ryoma looked at it and took it.
Ryoma took it and started opening the gift. Sakuno waited anxiously as to what he might think of the gift. Ryoma opened the box and it revealed a bracelet. It had a sliver chain and there was a tennis ball and red racquet design. Ryoma quickly put it on in his wrist. Sakuno blushed as she saw this.
'That means he likes it right?' Sakuno wondered.
"Ne, Ryuuzaki." Ryoma called out.
"H-Hai?" Sakuno faced him and she blushed like a tomato, or even redder if that was possible, since there and then right in front of her was the Prince of Tennis himself smiling genuinely.
"Arigatou." Ryoma said. Sakuno thought that she would faint in a matter of minutes but she was able to gain back her composure. Ryoma stood up all of the sudden and started walking. Sakuno shocked at his sudden movement stayed at her spot. Ryoma stopped and said…
"I'll walk you home so let's go."
Sakuno stood up blushing and followed from behind as he started walking.
At Sakunos' house gate…
Ryoma stopped in front of Sakunos' gate. He turned around to face her until he noticed that it was snowing.
"Sugoi…" Sakuno said to herself.
"Ne, Ryuuzaki." Ryoma called out to her again.
"N-Nani?"
"Where is my Christmas gift?" Ryoma asked.
"H-H-Huh?" Sakuno stuttered. 'Didn't I give it to him?'
"That gift was just for my birthday." Ryoma pointed out. He moved in closed to Sakuno until they were only inched apart. "I want my Christmas gift." He said as he bent down and kissed Sakuno fully on the lips. Sakuno was wide eyed at his sudden action she was about to kiss back until he pulled away. He bent down again which looked like to be another searing kiss but his head moved to the side of her head beside her ear.
"Arigatou for your Christmas gift." Ryoma whispered. "I want everyday to be my Christmas from now on." He moved away and started walking away.
"Oh yeah, don't forget my Christmas gift tomorrow." He said smirking as he was walking back to his house.
