This, is for my friend Rachel.

Apologies for such a long wait on a really bad fanfiction. |:

As the street lights began to spring to life, the sun setting, Roxas wandered slowly up towards the old mansion in Twilight Town. The summer was coming to an end, an end he didn't want to happen. For once this summer ended, he would be in his final year of highschool, and then... Well, he would see what would happen, right? Once this year was over, he only had one summer left to celebrate.

Perhaps he and his friends would part ways... In two years, he pondered, would they still be friends?

It was a worrying thought for Roxas, as his iPod blared Beethovens music into his ears, he enjoyed classical, yet even now it was growing harder and harder for it to cloud his daunting thoughts. It was what he usually done, to hide away.

Walking through the forest outside the old mansion was also something he done a lot to keep his thoughts away from upsetting him. Perhaps he brooded to much, perhaps he worried too much, yet it was a hard subject to not brood on. Everyone wanted different things, going to different sides of the country. Hell, Olette wanted to go as far as Destiny Islands to become a training instructor and who knows what else.

A sudden shuffle amongst the trees went unnoticed by Roxas, too far gone in his thoughts too actually bother pay attention any longer. He was even thinking of Seifer, who too, would soon leave Twilight Town to pursue a career, they weren't friends, but they didn't hate each other either. Rivals of a sort.

Roxas sighed, walking out of the woods, covering his eyes for a moment as the last of the sun faded away against the horizon, only to be dotted by the inky black of the night sky. Sighing, he seen the moon, how he adored the moon. His sapphire eyes watched it with an interest, it looked unusually larger that night.

Shaking his head, he fumbled through his pockets, pulling out his iPod with a practiced ease, before turning down the music.

"About time you turned that off." Roxas froze, he didn't even need to turn around to know that voice. It was Axel, and he could feel the smirk radiating off of his words. They lingered in the night air, and he slowly inhaled, turning to face his apparent stalker.

"So?" He questioned, tucking the music player away, then promptly folding his arms over his chest. Axel grinned like a predator, stalking over to Roxas. He leant down, that all too familiar smirk turning into a soft smile.

"You don't have to be worried, you know. You think too much." He purred, hand raising to stroke his partners face. How long had they been together now? Roxas smiled to the touch, tilting his head into the others hand, nuzzling into the others calloused hands. A year and five months, and Roxas had felt happy. Yet he worried about their relationship, would it last when they left?
"Listen, I'm stuck with you, forever, don't be an idiot." He swore Axel could read minds sometimes, but he chuckled, unable to help himself. It was pure darkness now, yet he could still see the others shadow. The pointy red hair always stood out, no matter what.

"See? You're stuck with me, as much as I'm stuck with you, so no more worrying." He said, pressing his lips to Roxas' forehead. A reassuring wave of happiness ran through the smaller blond and he nodded.

"I know... It'll all be okay." He whispered in return, hugging the other, their bodies heat warming one another in the cold dark night.
