Another Monday night, another RAW. Kaitlyn stood backstage of the arena, looking up at the screen before her, her full attention on the three men standing almost invincible-like over a fallen Ryback. She'd found herself in this situation far too often, watching them, watching him. She didn't know what it was or why, but The Shield intrigued her. Their overall brutality, remorseless attacks and their need to right 'injustice'. Lately, she'd noticed quite of few of the other divas in the back practically gawping over them, she didn't blame them, she did too, but she did it in a discreet manner and more so at one specific member.
The Divas champion looked over her shoulder to see if anyone was stood there or had noticed her in a trance, luckily nobody was or did. She wouldn't want to have to explain to them why she was completely mesmerized by The Shield of all people.
She turned back to look at the screen, noticing that the men were exiting the ring, leaving Big Hungry motionless in the middle of it. But her eyes switched straight back on one man: Seth Rollins. It wouldn't be the first time, they'd exchanged glances before and had been for weeks. Backstage, house shows, they'd certainly acknowledged each other. He'd caught her eye quite a few times, and she'd caught his.
"Snap out of it, Kait," she muttered, nudging the title more onto her shoulder, she turned away and headed for the Divas locker room. Maybe she could hang with Lay for a while until her own match tonight then venture out with her for a bite to eat or something, or stay to watch the rest of the show afterward maybe, there wasn't many other options, not tonight at least. She continued walking down the hall, the place seemed quite dead. Well, nobody was really stood in the halls talking like usual. Then again, this hallway was rarely ever 'populated'.
The diva stopped right in her tracks as she turned the corner, stepping back to hide behind the wall. They were there. Stood in a huddle, discussing something. She couldn't really make out what they were saying because she wasn't stood all that near to them. They were probably talking about the havoc they'd just caused in the ring, or who their next 'victim' would be. Either way, the woman was still stood there pretty much spying on them and listening in on their conversation... well, not intentionally, she just daren't move a muscle incase they heard her or something... But then she could hear movement, they were walking away. At least that's what she thought. Kaitlyn could hear them in the distance walking away, talking, two of them. The two were Ambrose and Reigns, she was sure of it.
It was at that point that she froze, she could hear footsteps and they seemed to be becoming a lot clearer. Just as she was about to turn away (and likely run for her life), two hands grasped her waist. Kaitlyn jerked in shock at the contact, her eyes widening as Rollins spun her to face him in his hold and smirked at her almost terrified expression. "Well, if it isn't exactly the person I wanted to see."
She managed to erase the look on her face that had him so amused, finally looking up to meet his eyes.
"Something I can help you with, Miss Bonin?" He spoke low and quiet, and her eyebrow was subconsciously raised at the remark. Miss Bonin? A slight grin creeped onto her face, "no, not really, I was actually just heading back to the looker room. You three just happened to be stood there, I didn't want to be the one to interrupt anything, obviously."
The smirk was still there, and the tip of his tongue appeared and slid slowly across his bottom lip as he took in the sight of the woman in his grip. "That's one heck of a coincidence, Kait."
"Is there something I can help *you* with then? Seeing as I'm supposedly exactly the person you wanted to see."
He knew that she was teasing him with her words, and it just encouraged him even more. "There is, actually. You can help me out on what we're going to do about our little situation."
"Our situation?" She questioned, knowing full well what he was getting at, but wanting him to say it himself.
There was that smirk again. His face inched closer to hers, he could smell the sweet scent of her that radiated from her skin, and he'd be lying if he said that it wasn't attracting him even more to the diva. "Our situation of not being able to take our eyes off each other, that situation."
"I think quite a few things could solve that."
That did it. He tightened his grip on her waist and pushed her back against the wall, crashing his lips down on to hers, catching her with a hungry kiss. She responded eagerly, her hands gripping onto his shoulders as he almost lifted her from the ground with the amount of force he put into it. They slowed down the kiss, both still putting into it all they had. His tongue brushed across hers until she grazed his lower lip with her teeth slighty then resumed the kiss, sliding her hands down his back until she got to the bottom of his back. Her hands slid up his t-shirt and she lightly scraped her nails at the small of his back, and he groaned in response, brushing his thumbs over her hip bones before moving back to look at her. Her cheeks were slightly red and her breathing was slightly harsher than before. His was too.
His hands remained rested on her hips as he caught her glance once again. "There's one thing that's solved our situation. Care to suggest any others?"
She smiled sheepishly, moving herself out of his grasp and turned back to look at him. "Guess we'll just have to arrange that after the show."
Seth watched as Kaitlyn walked away from him, sliding a hand across his mouth and smiling.
Oh, of course they would be.
