Gratitude for his Sacrifice

. "You stuck me with Speed Force for an eternity of hell" Savitar said "now welcome to yours." "No don't this" Barry pleaded, the desperation and despair he felt were clearly in his every word "don't do this!" "Now finally I am free of you" Savitar said raising his right arm. "Barry" Iris said. "I'm begging you, just.." Barry said. This can't be happening. Savitar was supposed to be trapped by Tracy's Speed Force bazooka and Iris was supposed to be safe. "Barry" Iris cried again. "You lose Barry" Savitar said and unsheathed the blade in his right arm. "No!" Barry cried and started to run. He saw Savitar's blade entering Iris' back and part of it exiting her blade was then withdrawn quickly and Iris began to fall as Savitar sped off. Barry caught her before her body touched the ground. "Iris, Iris, Iris!" he cried and when she made no reply Barry held her body close as he cried. Suddenly something clatters to the ground. Barry looks and sees H.R. drumsticks. Barry reaches over with one hand to touch one of them. Iris' eyes opens and she starts gasping. "Iris? Iris?" Barry asks "B.A.?" Iris asks "what?" Barry asked confused. Iris lifts her hand and Barry sees the transmogrifier is in her hand. She turns off the transmogrifier and reveals that it was H.R. Barry was holding not Iris. "B.A." he said again. "H.R.?" Barry asks. His brain began to try to comprehend what happened. It wasn't Iris that Savitar stabbed but H.R. which meant H.R. had somehow taken her place. "H.R." Tracy said as she ran up to them. "Tracy" H.R. said. Barry moved out of the way so Tracy could take his place "No, no, no," she said as she shook her head. "It's..it's okay" H.R. said with a grimace. "Why are you doing this?" Tracy asked. "I couldn't be a coward" H.R. answered "I'm not a coward." As H.R. said this Barry's mind caught up with him and he began looking around for Iris "We just found each other" Tracy said. "I know" H.R. said. Out of the corner of his eye Barry saw H.R. lift his hand to Tracy's face "Our story would be brilliant" he said "you will be brilliant. You will be glorious Tracy Brand. You will be. I've seen...seen it with my own eyes. I love you. Oh, no. B.A.?" he asked "B.A." "I'm right here" Barry said as he moved back to where he was before. "Will you tell Cisco.." H.R. said "please tell him.." Then he began to whisper and Barry had to lean down a little to hear him. "Tell...tell Cisco this took strength and he gave it to me" then in a normal tone of voice he asked "will you tell him that for me?" "yeah" Barry answered as he nodded. "Good" H.R. said "now go stop Savitar." He gave Barry a wink then he slowly closed his eyes and his body relaxed as his breathing stopped. Barry slowly let go of his body. "H.R. H.R." Tracy said as she laid her head on his chest and cried. Barry looked up and saw Iris. He stood up and she ran over to him and hugged him as she cried. Barry held on to her tightly as his heart was filled with joy that she was alive and gratitude toward H.R. for his sacrifice.
Author's Note: I'm sorry if I made Barry sound dumb in this or Not A Coward. Also if someone can think of a better ending and/or title please tell me. If you have a better way of wording that part please tell me. Once again feel free to correct me or suggest any changes (just sign in first please).
