"Bailey! Hurry it up! School's starting in two days and your mom is taking us to the mall today!" I yelled up the stairs, waiting for Blossom's seven year old daughter to come down.
"I'm going! I'm going!" She shouted back as she walked down the stairs while tying her copper hair.
"Done" she proclaimed as she grabbed her sweater from my hands and slipped it on. We both went out the door just as plain silver car pulled up into the driveway. Bailey skipped towards the car and I speed walked to the passenger side.
"Everyone is buckled up right?" Blossom asked as she checked her rearview mirror once more before Bailey and I replied. Blossom pulled out of the driveway and drove towards the mall. While Bailey and I sang along to the songs that played on the radio. I turned up the volume soon as I heard the first notes of Black Diamonds's song. Not only were they my sisters' and mine favorite band, our older sister Blaze was the vocalist and leader of it. The three of us sang along at the top of our lungs but when we tried to hit the high note, we failed but we just laughed it off.
Brick
"Dude first you got drafted for the Townsville Tigers next you are going to play for the Megaville Wolves but this place is fucking sweet!" My younger brother Butch exclaimed as he looked around the penthouse
"Butch is right how 'bout we go to the mall or something" My other younger brother Boomer said as he took his time looking around.
"Why" Butch and I said in unison
"This penthouse looks a bunch of sorority girls lived here before" Boomer said
"He's right, it's time for us to turn this Barbie house into our house" Butch said and I just shrugged my shoulders
"Fuck it, let's go then" I said as I grabbed my keys from where I threw them earlier. My two brothers both grinned and made their way to the door.
"Brick my brother, you made it. A penthouse and a sweet ass ride" Butch said as we approached my matte red sports car.
As we drove towards the mall, Boomer kept switching the stations, looking for something good to listen. He stopped when he heard the beginning of a song.
"Guys, you've to listen to this band, they really good" He said as he turned up the volume and the car was filled with the band's music. Boomer was right they are really good. I tapped my fingers along to the beat on the steering wheel. The singer's voice sounded familiar, I tried to place a face to the voice but with no avail.

"That was Black Diamonds's latest hit. Now time for a special announcement from the leader of Black Diamonds" the radio host said and Butch turned up the volume a bit more.
"Thanks for the intro Jimmy" A girl's voice said with a giggle at the end "For all you Diamonds in living in Townsville or in Megaville, you got a special treat coming your way in just one week. Black Diamonds will have a concert and everyone listening in now. You all have a chance of winning front row tickets for you and two friends plus to sweeten this deal you also get VIP backstage passes" She continued on saying and Boomer had his phone out already. Butch got his out too.
"All you have to do is call the station's number and the lucky caller will win. Also before I forget, tickets for the concert go on sale tomorrow night at midnight" she said right before the radio host came back and said the number. Both of them dialed the number, put each phone on speaker and waited. Boomer's call was answered.
"Congrats lucky caller, you won the tickets for you and two of your friends to Black Diamonds's concert next week. Can I have your name?" The same voice said on the other side of the call.
"Boomer, my name is Boomer" Boomer said while he was slowly going into shock.
"Well Boomer, see you and your friends next week. Bye" the voice said before ending the call.
"Did that-" Butch started saying
"Just happen?" I continued saying for him as Butch stared at Boomer, who slowly nodded his head with his mouth open from shock.
Blossom
"Aww. I really wanted to win those tickets" Bailey pouted as she handed Bubbles, hers and mine phones back to us.
"Your Aunt Blaze will probably save us some good seats, she does that whenever he and the girls are playing near us." I assured her as I glanced up at the rear view mirror to see Bailey cheer up.
"Really?" I nodded my head and she cheered loudly and I just laughed along with Bubbles.
We soon arrived at the mall and Bailey basically ran out of the car and into the mall with Bubbles hot on her trail. I sped walk to catch up with them. I finally caught up to them at Bailey's favorite store Boutique de Robin.
"Hey Blossom" Robin greeted from her spot by the accessories.
"Hey Robin"
"Let me guess, school clothes?"
"You got it" I said as I look through all the bows on display.
"You and your bow obsession"
"It's not an obsession, I just like them" I told her and she rolled her eyes in a playful manner.
"Mhmm, we recently got some new ones." She pointed at the display of bows near the back, I smiled before heading over.
"Mama! Look!" Bailey said as she came bouncing out of nowhere with a large pink bow similar to the one I use to wear when I was younger.
"You want that one?" I asked and she nodded her head with a large smile. I went to the cash register to pay for the bow. Bailey placed the bow on the counter for Robin to scan it and once she did, she took it back and put it back on her hair.
"Like mother like daughter" Bubbles and Robin said in unison before laughing.
