Diamonds sparkling,
In the wonderful sunlight,
I'm staring in awe.
---
Amazed at beauty,
Stricken with this perfection,
I hope this is real.
---
Expecting to wake,
Any moment eyes open,
To my darkened room.
---
My 'dream' doesn't fade,
And neither does his great face,
And I wonder how...
---
Is it possible?
Is it true that he's right here?
Like a marble god?
---
Diamonds sparkling,
From his cold hard skin like rock,
Glittering for me.
---
We declare our love,
It doesn't seem real to me,
I don't deserve him.
---
Thinks he has no soul,
Believes that he's a monster,
And that he's not good.
---
I tell him he's good,
He tells me I'm beautiful,
We think it's all lies.
---
"You don't see yourself..."
"...very clearly," he tells me,
This is a lie too.
---
In our meadow now,
Reminisce my human days,
But he still loves me.
---
Diamonds sparkling,
From both of us now I see,
I am filled with bliss.
---
A/N: okay, if you didn't notice, this poem is a ton of haikus smashed together that I thought of. P.S- a haiku is a poem that can only be seventeen syllables long, if you didn't know. And no, this is not a school project. :D
