Another onwshot and it involves Musica Weirdus my OC for the fanverse who's a WEirdling but ALF adopts her.
In this, the fair comes to town and Musica is excited to go so ALF takes her since he wants to spend time with her and have fun.
This was inspired by the book ALF A Day at the Fair
It was a typical Saturday morning as Musica Shumway got up out of bed but her purple fur was messy and brushing it sliding down the tunnel her Dad had made like his old house on Melmac but she landed on a cushion as she laughed seeing her mother Rhonda making breakfast but her Dad was gone on a mission as Rhonda saw her awake.
"Morning sweetie did you have good dreams?" she asked as Music nodded seeing an advert about the fair as Rhonda knew she wanted to go but she had Orbit Guard duty but ALF didn't.
"Maybe your Dad can take you since he loves the fair, but he'll be back soon." she told her as Music was excited as she was eati g pancakes with maple syrup on them and was looking forward to the fair seeing her cousins Zakas and Xaim join her and were going to the fair with their friend's wanting her to come with them.
"Thanks but I want to go with my Dad." she said as Xaim thought it was cute.
"Cool and we're gonna ride the big coasters." Zakas told her making her excited getting ideas for a sketch going to her room but humming a song she'd made up which her Dad liked.
She remembered the story her grandfather told her about the tie her Dad had gone to the fair but drawing her and him on a coaster laughing as she coloured it as Rhonda entered seeing her sketch but li,ing it knowing her Dad would love it.
"He could use a little fun since Tbe agency has been overworking him." she told her as they heard ALF home making Music excited hearing him ask if she wanted to go to the fair but were leaving in his hover car but listening to the radio.
She was excited as her cousins had described the coolest ride in the entire fair, a huge inverted roller coaster but ALF was gulping but saw Music looking at the games seeing stuffed animals especially a dragon as they didn't have any on Melmac and the game was a shooting gallery as ALF wasn't greet with guns but saw Music teaming up with him, as Rhonda had taught her Orbit Guard skills as he was impressed but saw her pick out Tbe dragon hugging it.
"Thanks Dad!" she said.
"We did it as a team." he told her going to the Waltzer as it was like Orbit Guard cadet training but he and Music were loving it as they were laughing and having father daughter fun getting on bumper cars while Rick and Skip were watching.
"Yo Gordon!" Skip yelled as they were getting off seeing them.
"I see Music's having fun." Rick said seeing her, Zakas and Xaim playing games as ALF smiled knowing he was always busy but this was a great chance to spend time with his kid.
"She loves you Gordo you know that?" Skip told him.
"Yeah but I feel bad as she had a recital the other day and I couldn't go because of a mission." he told him.
Rick and Skip understood but were going on the coaster but ALF was scared but saw Music getting on with her cousins making him relieved watching her scream and laugh and after she got off, she threw up in a trash can making ALF worry as he saw her clutch her stomach as her purple fur turned green meaning she'd been sick as he was stroking her back.
"How about we go home and rest?" he said as she nodded.
That early afternoon Music was lying on her bed sketching her and her Dad at the fair but she had loved it as ALF walked in with flat soda but it was helping her stomach settle.
"Wow cool drawing!
That's us right?" he asked her as she nodded.
He was telling her that he was sorry that he missed her recitals but she understood as she knew his agent stuff was important too as it paid for the house and everything but she understood.
