Well,Hermione and Harry have been friends for 5 years. Hermione is secretly in love with Harry for 5 years,but doesn't admit it.
But soon Harry meets Cho and they start dating.After the DA meeting the two stayed after and just kissed. Hermione was gonna wait for Harry so she went back into the Room of Requirement, she sees them kissing. Tears were dropping down her eyes. She was sad that Harry and Cho were dating. She wished she had confessed it to Harry that she liked him all along. She was staying away from Harry as possible.
It hurts her whenever she sees Harry with Cho. She doesn't know what to do next but just cry.
Harry doesn't know that Hermione liked them all these years, because they were just best friends. When Harry said good-bye to Cho, he went up to the common room. He spot Hermione crying in the room by herself.
Harry asked her, "Hermione! Hermione? What's wrong? Is it Ron?"
Hermione replied tearfully, "No,its-it's nothing."
Harry said, "Hope your ok, Hermione."
Hermione stuttered, "yea-yeah, I-I-I'm fine."
Harry held Hermione by the shoulder then went up to bed. After, Hermione cried even harder.
After Harry notices that he was somehow attracted to Hermione. He doesn't really like Cho all along, he was just dating her, to comfort Cho of cedric. He doesn't like Cho, so the next day he broke up with Cho. Hermione felt a little bit better.
Hermione finally admits to Harry that she liked him all along. Harry smiled.
So Hermione and Harry dates each other.
