"We're going to crash!" Cried Kilowog as the interceptor entered the atmosphere of a robotic planet. The team had been sent their to check for a distress signal that had been sent. "Hold on tight!" Hal shouted as he tried to level out the ship. "We won't make it! Not unless we can find softer ground to land on!" Yelled Razer who was wearing his new blue lantern armour. But he was right there was no way they would make it. "We got to believe we'll make it! We have to!" Shouted Hal.
On the ground a techno-organic bat and condor stood watching as the ship entered the atmosphere. "Silverbolt to base! A ship has just entered the atmosphere and is heading for sector B-3179." Said the condor into its com link. "Ok. We're on our way." Replied a voice. Silverbolt looked at the bat. "Let's get a head start before the veacons get to the ship first." Said Silverbolt taking off. "You coming Nightscream?" Asked Silverbolt. "I am it's just... Something feels off." Replied the bat taking to the air. "Don't worry it'll wear off." Said Silverbolt. Then they took off to toward the ship.
But not far off a veacon motorcycle was watching the ship as well. "Thrust to base. We have guest." Said Thrust into his com link. "Then gather your drones and get there before the maximals! I will send the other generals and there drones now." Replied a voice then it clicked off and thrust was left alone. "Drones to me! Let's get that ship! Thrust overdrive." Said Thrust zooming off toward the ship.
The maximals and Veacons were all in a race to get to the green lantern's ship first but the green lanterns didn't know this because they were about to meet what might possibly be their end.
