She had come to him, instead of him coming to her like she had always dreamed. She had literally pushed him to the wall, demanding his attention, much to the substitute's surprise. She seemed fearless, and for a moment, it left him speechless. But he couldn't deliver it to her.
"Don't you hear me?" she had demanded.
"Orihime, I can't." he had answered.
Tears glistened in her eyes, threatening to fall.
He was dumbfounded, astounded that she was being so forward. She gazed into his brown orbs before turning away. He missed the way her own brown orbs always had the smiles he craved.
She turned away, afraid. If he didn't want this, then she would leave. She walked away; saddened at the fact that he didn't stop her. She sighed aloud, wondering how long it would take him to be in someone's arms. She paused by the class doorway, not going in. Tears started to fall as she thought of him.
"You should find someone that makes you happy." She said to him.
"I thought I already had." He replied calmly. She whirled on him, almost colliding with him until he caught her.
"I-I won't get in the way-" This time, he crushed her lips with his.
"Does that answer your question?" he smiled. Orihime didn't look up.
Gently, he tilted her face to look at him, before kissing her deeply with passion. Orihime whimpered with surprise before giving in. His hands wiped away the tears that were going to fall. She felt him smile and let him explore her mouth.
She pulled away first. She looked stunned, which was exactly what he wanted from her. He pulled her close, breathing in her scent. She sighed into his chest, listening to his heart beating. Tears that hadn't been wiped fell out of joy, not of sadness.
Then gently, she pulled him in the empty classroom, tempting him to kiss her again. After closing the door, his arms found her waist and her arms found his neck. Laughing a little, she dared him to kiss her. He chuckled before plunging into her mouth.
Her gasp was muffled by the kiss, but she trusted him. Her back was now to the door after he had moved her. She was now the one pinned to the door. He pulled away, gazing into those wonderful brown orbs.
"Well?" he asked mockingly.
Her cheeks flushed red.
"Truce?" he asked as he caressed her face.
"Truce." She declared as her hand played with his orange hair. He grabbed her wrist. His other hand went to her shirt.
"Do you know what you're doing?" Orihime asked, shakily.
"I have no idea." Ichigo teased. He kissed her on the lips lightly before going to take off her shirt.
Orihime groaned. Ichigo smiled as he continued. It was going to be a long school day.
