Hello, y'all people who chose to read this story. This is the original 'David's Story' remake. If you read my other Fic, 'David's Story Try Two', this is nothing like it. Well, mostly nothing like it. I will be making some mistakes. and if you get any ideas, or just want to help me, or want to comment, please read and review.

summary- David, a young man from Pallet Town, and his twin sister, start their journey only to be targeted by Team Rocket. Before they can fight Team Rocket, Everyone's favorite Ash Ketchum comes and saves the day. Now follow the unpredictable journey of David, Dachu, And all their friends they meet along the way. No pairings as of yet. rated K for minor stuff.

1- The Boy

"RING, RING GET UP" the alarm went off

"Ok, ok I'm up, I'm up" said a brownish-blonde boy who was rubbing his eyes.

"David get down here and wake up your sister..." His mom said.

Then a girls voice, That was most likely his sister's "I'm up mom. Hey, David, don't we get our first Pokémon today?"

David replied "yeah, Dachu, and remember, I still get Charmander."

"Yeah, and I get Squirtle."she said, in a muffled voice as she put some cloths on.

"Sure dear." said their father, from the kitchen.

David put his striped, red, polo shirt and blue, faded jeans. He started to head down the stairs to breakfast, only to be pushed by his sister, wearing her blue skirt, with a black short sleeve shirt

-In the Kitchen-

During breakfast, David and Dachu are eating some waffles when their friend Jake came in the house and said "Hey David, hey Dachu, The professor wants to see the both of you."

"Ok Jake." Dachu said, taking the last bite of her waffle

"Hey, Jake did you dad say anything about your cousin Red" David asked.

"yeah, he's still up on Mt. Silver as of now," He replied, with some pride

"He Should come down soon, Gold told us he already beat him." Said Dachu, stood up and walked to the sink, and started to wash her plate.

"Yeah that is the reason for him to be up there, so he could battle a strong opponent," David added.

"Well he is still up there... you know, you guys should hurry up and come with me to the professors place now" said Jake with a hint of annoyance.

"Fine," mumbled David stuffing his face with the rest of the waffles on his plate.

As they ran out the door, David took his grey jacket out of the front closet. "David, it's like 80 outside," said Jake, with the obvious hinted in his voice.

"I don't care how hot it is, my jackets cool looking." he replied, gaining face palms from the two. They then started down the road towards Pallet town

-10 minutes later-

David, Dachu, and Jake Turned on the dirt path to Professor Oak's lab, when an unknown older man stopped them.

"Hey, young man I want to give this to you," He handing David pokeball. David gave him a surprised, yet creeped look.

"Okaaay... kind of creepy, what Pokémon is it?" asked David, as he summoned the Pokémon.

"It's a rattata" the man said as the bright red light faded to reveal a purple rat with a white under belly.

David looked at the old man, and asked, "Why give me this?"

"Well, You did make me wait, David," The older man said,

"Ahh, Professor Oak, Didn't recognize you with that hat on." said Jake in embarrassed surprise.

-Oak's Lab-

David, Dachu, Jake, and Oak stood in front of a table that had three pokeballs.

"Ok, here are the three starter Pokémon; Charmander, the fire type, Bulbasaur, the grass type, and Squirtle, the water type. Each has the symbol of their type on the ball." Oak said, turning toward David, "Which do you choose David?"

"I choose Charmander!" David somewhat yelled as he was getting antsy waiting for the Pokémon

"Ok, I believe that you can take care of Charmander and Rattata fairly well. Now which do you choose Dachu?" He asked, turning away from the over exaggerating David being chased by Jake.

"I choose Squirtle," Dachu said, calmly as she formally accepted the poke ball

"Ahh, I remember when my grandson started with his own Squirtle. Please take care of Squirtle," he said to her getting the attention of David and Jake, "Now do either of you want to nick name them?"

"Yes I do," said David, trying to catch his breath

"David, I thought you hated nick names?" She mocked him.

"I did, at age five, but now I don't. I want to nickname Charmander DC, and Rattata Rata."

"Ok, David, you now own DC and Rata, do you have any nick names Dachu?" he nodded acknowledging David's nicknames.

She nodded, replying, "Naw, Nick names are kind of lame."

"Hahaha! betcha you have no original names... owhhhh!" David managed to say before Dachu punched him to the floor.

"Shut up or I'll hit you again David!" She threatened him, and to make more of a impression she shook her fist.

"Ok, then that's settled. Here; David, Dachu here are your Pokedexes and 9 poke balls for both of you" Oak intervened while handing them the encyclopedia

"Thanks Professor Oak," They both replied as the three walked out of the door of the lab

-Back on the road, towards their house-

"I want a Pidgey for my second Pokémon" said Dachu

"That so, not me, I want my next Pokémon to Be a Spearow or a Weedle." David said. After a short time the three past a small flock of Pidgeys

Dachu pulled out a poke ball and trough it as David tried to stop it but the ball was gone and with luck caught the Pidgey. "yeah, I caught a Pidgey!"she yelled, as Jake laughed at David's shock

"That was luck!" David yelled, trying to not look flabbergasted

"No David, that was skill," Dachu said, with a cocky voice to David's anguish

-A dark office, unknown town-

"Looks like the children are off," Said a shadowed man as he pet a sleeping Persian.

In front of him were two screens, On one was the scene of David and Dachu arguing, with Jake trying to stop them, and on the other was a map of an Island chain.

He then Pressed the button on his communication unit and said, "Matori, Get my car ready, I'm making a visit to an old friend."

"Yes, sir," A woman's voice replied.

The man then slowly started laughing, waking his Pokémon

-Unknown location, Tower-

Another man was sitting in meditation. Wearing black armor covered in a purple hiori. On the chest of his armor was a five petal Sakura petal with a pokeball shape on the inside.

The only sound that could be heard was the snoring of the mans Pokémon, The black dragon Hydreigon. A slight breeze came through the window and blew off a petal from his cherry tree. the petal lazily fluttered around the room on the wind. Flew past the dragon, effectively waking it up, and slowly landed on the mans knee.

The dragon looked at the man, then slowly lowered it's head back down. The man's eyes snapped open as he stood up.

"It looks like we got two new members, Come, Hydreigon!" he said commandingly, as he, and his now fully awake Pokémon left the room.
