Thread of Dignity

A/N: Just a few ideas that didn't make it into full length fic for some reasons, mainly not enough time. I am fond of these babies, and I don't have the gut to throw them down the gutter. These are raw, yes, very raw ideas taken straight from my drafts.

Bittersweet

She was angry when it came to one day he distanced himself from her, and turned into a total jerk. She was irritated, feeling as if she was betrayed, and infuriated that she had no idea of why he did it. However, time passed for them, and throught he journey of Rgeneration she slowly learnt the painful reason he bore. Now that she completely understand, she couldn't help but love him more than ever.

Pain

He hated snow as much she despised lightning. They shared equally same pain, and now she thought abput it, was one reason of their baffling bonds (The one she described as thread-tied hatred). It was painful, but she knew, deep down inside, as she wanted to get rid of that fear and overcome the lightning, he also waited for the day he could see the beautiful, chaste white crystal without suffering from any nightmare.

Still, they just couldn't do it. At least for now.

Words

He often surprised her with his acts. He rarely show his sensitive, caring side, though she must admit she felt like she was the only one who ever see that different him, save for Sebastian, and that could make her blush no matter in what condition.

She remembered once, beneath those thin layers of her happy memories, once when she was in her broken state after a lightning storm, a painful reminder of that fateful incident, he brought her to a hill where they spent the night watching stars. No words. Only the stars shimmering above them. Both of them know they need no more words.

Randomness

He's a human jack-in-the-box, popping in every most unpredictable moments. That set him difference from any other boys she met in her life, and she was grateful for it. For a cause she couldn't comprehend, he always left her in better condition than before he came, whether if he make her mad or not, she always had her problems diverted from her mind. She would just laugh at his randomness…and magic.

Unforgettable

It didn't take long from her to realize more or less every one of her unforgettable moments were somehow related to him, much to her dismay, or delight. She was annoyed by his constant surprising involvement, but she found that she nearly always glad of what he did afterward, following his sudden appearances.
