Kayla Potter, nee Werner frowned at the tall, dour man who was asking for her husband, "Harry? Babe, there's someone at the door for you, a Severus Snape?"

Harry frowned, moving to the door and his wife, towering over her slight frame, "Yes, Professor? Why are you at my home?"

Kayla leaned into her husband's side after he wrapped his arm around her shoulder.

"Potter. Who's the girl?" He sneered.

"My wife. Kayla Potter, nee Werner."

Kayla smiled, "Come in, Mister Snape. May I take your coat?"

"No." The dark man said, walking into their house.

Kayla frowned, then hurried back into the house, at her husband's tugging.

"Why are you here, Snape?" Harry asked, sitting in an armchair, his wife on the arm.

"Voldemort's on the move."

Kayla snarled, "My husband is going no-where near that monster! Find someone else to kill that thing. My husband has done his job, it is up to you or someone else to kill him. Get out of our house." She sneered, pointing at the door.

Snape looked taken aback, "Don't talk to me like that, Potter!"

Kayla's eyes narrowed, "I am a Werner. My father believed guns were good protection. I can shoot you and you wouldn't be able to do anything. Get the fuck out of our house, Snape." She growled, glaring at the intruder.

Harry winced, wrapping his arms around his wife's waist, "Snape. Get out of my and my wife's house. Now."

Snape nodded, sneering, and left.

Kayla sighed, leaning into her husband, "You will not save that world. They created that monster. I need you. Our baby needs you."
