The Fellowship
The nine were appointed,
the Fellowship they were named.
For it contained the nine members,
Of which legend would claim.
One was an elve,
The wiseset race of them all.
Two were men,
Strong and Tall.
One was a dwarf,
the miners of Middle Earth.
And four were hobbits,
Filled with mirth.
The last was a wizard,
Surely the greatest of them all.
He held a great trust in the Fellowship,
One that would not fall.
The nine set out,
But only eight would return.
One would succumb to his fate,
Of which he had yet to learn.
Agianst all odds,
they completed their task.
The fate of the world was saved,
and their title as heros would last.
