Heero sat under the moonlight hidden by shadows watching the princess sleep. How many nights had he spent on her balcony, he wondered. He lost count.
Where would we walk?
Where would we run?
If we could stay all day in the sun?
He promised himself he wouldn't come to her until he was ready, ready to love her and cherish her the way she deserved. Now he could, the only thing that kept him from his dream now was fear, fear she was no longer waiting for him.

Taking in a deep breath he walked slowly into her room, it was time he faced his fear. His gaze shifted to the moon, it was full and bright. Gazing at it brought him the peace and confidence he needed to awaken the sleeping beauty.
He knelt at her bedside, he let his hand cover hers, her breathing was soft. She was still and looked peaceful, it almost pained him to awaken her. She was the most beautiful creature, how could he startle her?
"Relena." he whispered.

Her eyes immediately fluttered open "Heero? Is it really you?" she asked confused.
He smiled, for the first time. She smiled back at him, understanding for some reason he was nervous.
"You came to me?"
He nodded and covered her lips with his.
She sighed and smiled brightly.
"Will you keep me Relena?" he asked, looking into her eyes, searching for hope.
She leaned in bringing his face closer to hers "Silly I already had you, took you long enough to find out…" she giggled, pulling him onto the bed.
"I can be with you now…Part of your world."
