***Author's note: Upon a challenge from my bff & beta reader, I did a One Shot centered around one word. The word? Fellatio.

The Fellatios

"So," Simon started. "You happy to be home?"

Clary thought for a minute before speaking. "Yes, and no. Idris was beautiful, and there was a lot I didn't get to see. But, yes. I missed home."

"I'm sure the fact that Jace stayed behind has nothing to do with why you miss Idris either, right?" he teased.

"Of course it does," Clary slugged him in the arm.

"You know that has no effect at all anymore, don't you?" Simon smiled and she could just see the tips of his pointed fangs.

"Yeah," she sighed. "I do miss Jace, if that's what you're asking. But he said he needed this. Amatis knew Jace's real father better than anyone. Besides, he's only staying another two weeks."

"And then he'll come home to you and it'll be all 'Happily ever after'" Simon raised his hands to make finger quotes in the air.

"My happily ever after? You are the one with a suddenly full little, black book," she accused. "Not only do you have Maia and Isabelle fawning all over you, but now Aline too!"

"What can I say? The chicks dig me," he laughed. "Hey," he said getting up off the sofa. "I gotta run. Band practice."

"Simon," Clary said exasperated. "I thought you were quitting the band?"

"Nah, I thought about it. But the guys are counting on me, Clary," he answered. "They'd be lost without me."

Clary rolled her eyes. "Wouldn't we all? So what's the band's name this week?"

"We came up with the best one yet at our last practice," he told her.

"Oh, what is it?" she asked before taking a big drink from the iced tea in her hand.

"The Fellatios!" he shouted.

Clary choked and spit tea across the coffee table. "Simon," she coughed. "Do you even know what that means?"

"Of course I do," he laughed.

"Why would you name your band something like that?" Clary asked.

Simon winked at her and opened the front door. "For reactions like that," he said and then walked out.
