The list of random jutsu
Ok this is my 3rd fanfic. This is a list of jutsu and bloodlines people can use. I don't have the Japanese translations so you would have to translate them. They are in a random order.
Bloodline: rising sun
The user of this bloodline has the power to recharge their energy/charka with the power of the sun. The bloodline can't be used at night or when the sun is blocked. The bloodline is body and charka based. The user when he/she uses it, their hair goes blond and has a ring of light around them. They can only use the energy they get for an hour without harsh training. Those who go through the training can use the energy for 3 hours. If the user goes past their time limit they start to burn up. Every minute past their limit the burns get worse. The energy they get boosts their strength, speed, and their durability. Rising sun is combination of futon, raiton, and katon.
Rising sun jutsu's:
Roar of the nova- C ranked ninjutsu- the user gathers charka in their throat and roars out a powerful beam of light. Can damage users throat.
Sun flash- E ranked gen/ninjutsu- the user lets off a flash of light to blind their enemy. Might blind an eye-based bloodline.
High beams- D ranked ninjutsu- the user lets out high-powered beams of light through their eyes.
Fist of Apollo- an A ranked taijutsu- the user gathers his/her energy around his/her fist and punches the enemy. Can burn user and enemy.

Bloodline: hidden moon
Hidden moon is a bloodline that can be used at anytime but it is weaker in the day. Hidden moon is the complete opposite of rising sun. The user doesn't have a time limit on their power. The downside of hidden moon is at the age of 8 the user is almost blind needing glasses or contacts because of training the dark. It's a charka-based bloodline. Hidden moon is a combination of futon, suton, and doton.
Hidden moon jutsu's:
Gravity- S ranked ninjutsu- the user uses the moon to crush the enemy down or to raise their comrades out of the way of danger. This is a kinjutsu because of the complexity of the jutsu. Skilled users can use it to fly around.
Rise of the tide- B ranked genjutsu- the user makes the enemy think they are drowning no matter where they are. Most useful near a water source.
Crush- S ranked genjutsu - a kinjutsu that can be consider a taijutsu move. The user touches the enemy and where the enemy is touched feels like its being crushed with a force of 6 kages
Cat eye- E ranked self genjutsu- a genjutsu in which the user tricks their eyes into thinking that nighttime looks like daytime.
