I got the idea suddenly and just had to write it. Enjoy~
England padded around his house in socks, dusting the odd nick-knack here and straightening a photo frame there. His fairy friends helped him fix everything in his house up for a visitor. An American to be exact. Despite the fact that it was currently 8 AM and Arthur was still in PJ's, he wasn't that annoyed. Sometimes you just had to go with the flow. As one of his fairies picked up a sock from under the dresser and put it in his hand, a knock sounded at the door.
"Who is it?" England asked loudly, knowing full well who it is.
The reply came back loud and clear, "It's me, Alfred! Who else!"
One of England's fairy friends opened the door, which to Alfred, whooshed open as though England willed it with magic. America stepped in, holding a cardboard drink holder, with two insulated Starbucks cups in it.
"I swear, every time you do that I always wonder if your using wires. . ."
"My fairy friends opened it for me, I've told you that a thousand times!"
America put his free hand on his hips.
"England, There's no such thing as fairies! or Unicorns, elves, gnomes, sprites or anything of the sort!"
As he stepped inside and placed the drinks on the table, the door closed behind him, and he began wedging them out of the cardboard and placing them on the kitchen table. England scowled at him, his fairy friends didn't take kindly to being treated like they weren't real. He edged over to the table, placing the sock in the capable hands of a young fairy with green hair and a red dress.
"Alfred, you know I hate coffee." He said quietly, staring indignantly at the cup. America sat down behind his cup and smiled, before picking it up and sipping quietly.
"That's why I didn't get you coffee." He said plainly, as he finally lowered his cup. England blinked, at his works, before he finally took of the top and looked down at the blood-red liquid inside.
"This is--"
"Yep, Chai tea. I got the cherry flavor, hope that'll be good for you" And with that, he threw his head back, and drank deeply from the cup. England stared at the contents of his. The hot fragrance of cherries slowly rose and contacted with his face. The sent was beautiful and it sent England on a blissful trip. Slowly, he raised the cup to his lips, and took a sip. The full taste of the flavors graced tongue, and he felt euphoric. Lowering the cup from his trembling lips and putting it back on the table he noticed that America's eyes had been watching him the entire time.
"Well?"
His beautiful sky-blue orbs teased and questioned his own bright green ones before he finally answered, with a violent sputter and an angry face.
"Disgusting! This Chai Tea stuff is terriable! And, if your quite done here, could you get out? It'a very early, and I have things to do today!"
And with that, several fairies grabbed Alfred by the shoulders and tossed him out, him squirming and going "B-BLACK MAGIC!" the entire time. England smiled as a fairy with a purple dress and green tinted wings locked the door, taking anothing sip of the positivly delicious cherry tea.
"It's very delicious Alfred... Thank you"
