Hello! This is my first ever fanfic, so of course it's going to be about the one and only Percabeth! Questions, suggestions, or comments? Don't be afraid to leave them below! Also, I don't own anything. All of the characters go to Rick Riordan and his amazingtacular mind. pls dont sue me

Also you should know that this story is after the Titan War but before the Battle of Gaea, so. . . Let's begin!

Annabeth was tired. She had spent her entire day at camp swordfighting for practice-she wanted to get her mind off of everything for awhile. A few days after their little trip to Olympus, Annabeth had a permanent smile on her face. Her and Percy! Percy and her! She had been waiting for the moment they were together ever since she was twelve, and now she had it. They were dating. Dating. She still couldn't believe it.

She hadn't seen Percy all day either, now that she thought about it. She was too busy thinking of. . . Other things. Wondering where exactly he went, she went over to Cabin 3, and knocked.

Knock, knock, knock.

No answer. She tried again.

Knock, knock, knock.

Nothing.

Hardly fazed, she turned and started heading toward the beach, as that was where Percy usually was when he wasn't in his cabin. Once she reached it, she said, "Percy? Are you here?"

All around her was silent, except for the faint yelling from back at camp and the light swishes of the waves hitting the shoreline. A bit annoyed, she took off her shoes and let her step into the water.

"Percy," she said, louder.

From not too far off, a head bobbed above the water. Percy.

"Annabeth!" he shouted happily, waving a hand in the air. "Come on, I wanna show you something."

She sighed, and took a step. Before it even hit the sand the water seemed to pull her in, and the next thing she knew her and Percy were face-to-face.

"What did you want to show me?" she asked.

He looked into her eyes for a moment, not moving. Then, as if a brilliant idea took him over, he smiled at her, and pulled her under.

And then he kissed her.

Ta-da! It's terrible, I know, but at least I got the 'awkward first story' out of the way! If you were wondering, yes, something important had been on Annabeth's mind all day. And yes, he called her over because he really did have something to show her. Too bad it wasn't important! You'll never know what it is! Foolish mortals! ahahaha
