\I turned around to check if I had any followers, Nothing. Good. I nodded to myself as I started to run through the streets of Italy, I said goodbye to the home I have known for so long mentally I daren't speak, I was too afraid someone would hear. I kept looking back Jane couldn't find me she just couldn't! I ran faster,faster the next thing I knew I was at the airport.
Why was I doing this again? Oh yeah to get away from my terror of a sister! I looked around in the plane it was cramped and I was thirsty-GREAT! I stuttered her expression shifted from confused to happy "I'm Stacey." She said reaching out to take my hand My hand was shaky as I gingerly placed it in hers she didn't seem the least bit bothered at my cold touch "And you are?" she pressed "Alec." I replied ""Where you going?" she questioned "Forks, Washington." I replied smiling a little she gasped "Oh my gosh me too!" she said grinning "Are you from Italy?" I asked hearing the thick yet fading accent "Buongiomel Com sta?" she asked now grinning widely "Sto Bene, Etu?" I asked she giggled that sound was like music to my ears" So you also from Italy, where exactly?" she continued "Volterra," I replied her face turned from shocked to happy but she disguised it well "Cool, why you going to Forks?" she asked I laughed for what felt like the first time in years (Actually it was) "You really curios!" I told her smiling "The term is inquisitive!" she corrected me "More like busy body!" I said teasingly It felt good to be happy and not so upset and sad all the time, she lightly slapped me at my words "Ha ha. Says the grim reaper," Stacey said grinning mischievously. We continued talking through the whole flight I liked Stacey a lot she was kind of like a Pep Tonic to me It was refreshing to be away from the gloom and sadistic attitude I was accustomed to with the Volturi "The plane is landing." I noted sadly "Oh come on! Here." She said handing me a stiff piece of cardboard "What's this?" I asked confused "My number call me as soon as you can, It was nice meeting you Alec." She said smiling at me before she hopped out of the plane "You to Stacey." I told her grinning widely I stared after her In shock, It felt like a piece of me was being ripped out sighed I think I was in Love with Stacey but only time will tell.
