Chara's Metamorphosis
Before I start, I feel a need for an explanation. I got this idea from an animation on iHasCupcake's channel and my terrible "Sans Can Switch Bodies" story. Oh, and this is an alternate timeline for Baby Sans. This is most likely a one-shot, so without further ado,
Chara's Metamorphosis!
We all looked to where Toriel was pointing to see a pulsating orb, with a... baby Asriel inside? A skeleton inside looked over, confused. He sighed and lifted his bony hand, and with a burst of magical energy, he blasted me in the chest with something I had never felt before. Then he reset the timeline with the click of his fingers.
Time Skip
I destroy the remains of my foe with brilliant precision. I smiled before I realized that a pressure in my body was threatening my continued survival in this underworld. I frantically looked around, hoping to find a semblance of a doctor. I worked hard to overtake this body, and I will not stand for this! I looked for a way to relieve the pressure, and before I could try anything I burst into a red ember. When it added, I realized I was shorter... Like, frog shorter. I looked down to see that I had changed into the stupid creature I killed earlier. I jumped, and fell onto my face, before hyperventilating. I sat for a while, rocking back and forth, when a monster walked by. I thought quickly and attacked it with my new found fly friends (NFFF for short) and quickly took it down. The pressure returned, and I became a creature of more comfortable size before realizing the power I now possessed. I soon killed monster after monster with these abilities. I had amasses a very large rap before I found my least dangerous foe. A puppy, Lesser Dog to be exact. I smiled with furry lips. I took my hand out and broke its soul in half, easy peasy. But then I felt something in my entire being- it was if I was low on DETERMINATION. I uneasily fell down, a sudden loss of energy. I didn't burn into the new form this time- I melted. My legs burned with an invisible blaze, uncovering paws and hair. I felt every hair grow into place, and every bone crush and reform, marrow being boiled and cooled. When it got to my face, the pain intensified. My nose burst out of its prison, and my ears migrated. My canines grew larger, as did my eyes. I was in tears with how much pain I felt. Then... It was done. No more pain. No more melting. Just me, and the dust of a dead mutt. I looked at my paws, and tried to move them normally. They would only move in basic directions. Fearful, I looked for someone to attack, and found Monster Kid, and he looked at me and smiled. He reached his hand over, and scratched behind my ear. Annoyed, I tried to retaliate. I attempted to do anything that could harm him, but that only accomplished making my neck grow. I tried to speak, but only barks came out. I tried to bite him, and my tongue rolled out. I was stuck. He left and I layer down, paws over my eyes. After a while I heard footsteps, and guess who came over. The Skeleton Twin of Puniness. He bent down and laughed softly. "welcome to the dog days, chara." he said, picking me up. Then he brought me home, and made me my final resting place: a kennel prison.
AN: Sorry for the long waits recently, I don't even have an excuse! The one thing I hate about authors is hiatuses, and I'm one of the people that have such waits! Anyway, I'll try and upload more, and make better quality crap.
