Jess fetched her key out of her bag when she realised the door was already open, she pushed it open and walked inside flinging her coat and bag on the floor. Expecting Abby or Conner to be home- since the door was left open- she called out.
"Abby, I just want to say again for the thousand time that i'm sorry i couldn't help ypu get rid of the animals and im glad you've forgiven me cause i wouldn't forgive me but any way i have some gossip for you, i ran into becker the other day and he was..." Jess trailed off as she entered the kitchennot beiliving her eyes. Abby quickly covered herself and Conner dropped her onto the foor.
"Oh im sooo sorry ive done it again, ill go.." Jess turned to leave
"No wait Jess, don't leave, the moments gone" Abby smiled at Jess reasuringly
"Look guys she turned to address them both, ive been thinking, ive always been getting in the way of your special time and maybe i could give you guys some time alone, stay at friends" she suggested
"YES!" Conner jumped making Jess smile
"I'm not sure i don't want o kick you out of your own flat Jess" Abby pondered.
"No really you wouldn't be besides my friend Amy called a couple of days a go asking me to stay over so it'll give me a chance to catch up, you'll be doing me a favour" she smiled brightly
"Okay" Abby agreed
"Good i'm leaving tonight, the dates already been set " she confirmed and walked out the room hastily.
Later at the arc.
Jess's phone rang on the desk before Matt picked it up "Hello?" he asked holding the phone out of Jess's reach
"Well, whos that sexy voice Jess?" Amy replied, Matt looked stunned letting Jess take the phone out of his hand "No-one AMY" she said sitting back down
"Listen Jess, theres a problem, you cant come over tonight"
"What?" she asked
"I have a date Jess a real kinda date and i think he really likes me so sommet could happen" she trailed off
"Its okay i get it ill find somewhere else Amy thanks anyway" the she put the phone down and walked off depressed, what was she gonna do? She thought
