Odin summoned Thor; Sif; Gareth;Volstagg; and I to the throne room,to tell us what Heimdall had seen on Midgard, "Loki, has come out of hiding, Heimdall has seen him there," He paused and sighed, "terrorizing the natives there. I need two volunteers to go get him."

"I volunteer." Thor spat immediately.

"And I."

Allfather, please," I practically started to beg, "If anybody should go it should be I."

"No, if I allow you to go. There's more than a slight chance that Loki will slip by."

I leapt to my feet as Thor and Sif grabbed my wrists, "You know me better than that or you should."

I know, you are my son's wife." He came close to me, "I love you like a daughter but I know the score. When push comes to shove you will choose Loki above all else every time."

"And that's bad?"

"Not at all, you should be on your husband's side but when your husband is terrorizing Midgaurdians-"

"If Thor takes Hogan they'll never get close."

"Hogan is one of Asgard's best warriors."

"And I'm the mother of his children. You can send a thousand warriors they'll never get close to him. You're best bet is me."

"She has a point, Father"

As I watched Odin think it all over I was forced to admit something I didn't want to, "Loki once told Heimdall that he could move through the realms by-passing the Bifrost completely and...so can I."

"Betray Thor-" He warned.

"I won't." I interrupted.

Odin looked at me like he didn't trust me and the truth was I didn't even trust myself.I hadn't told anyone about the dreams I'd been having nor about Loki's mind reconnecting with mine. For all they knew I was still in the dark with Loki's mind. An assumption Loki and I intended to keep.

"What do you need?" Thor asked as he and Sif still gripped my wrists.

"My sons." I simply answered.
