I Love You
"James you're not really going to send that note to her," cried Sirius Black late one night.
"Yes I am Sirius, I want her to know how I really feel. Then maybe she'll go out with me," said James Potter desperately.
"Or maybe you could just stop acting so immature," suggested Remus Lupin (he was the smart one out of the bunch.)
"But Mooney why would he want to do something like that? Who wants to stop acting immature? Huh? Can you answer me that?"
"Sirius," Remus started. "I thought I told you to stop eating those banana chips. They make you ask to many questions."
"Well maybe I like asking questions and that is why I eat them. Like what came first the chicken ore the egg? Who invented the candle? What was first the acorn or the oak tree? What was a person thinking when they walked up to a cow said 'I'll grab these dangly things here and drink what comes out?"
"Great now he's not gonna stop Remus. I'm gonna send my letter too," Said James depressing-ly.
James started walking to the owlery to send his letter to Lily.
He started talking to his owl Sax. "Why doesn't she love me Sax? Why does she hate me?"
The owl looked at him with an 'I don't know' type of look. James gave the letter to the owl, and the owl flew off. So James walked back to his dorm.
Tap. Tap.
"What the-" Lily exclaimed as she woke up.
Tap. Tap. There it was again. She looked out the window because that is where it was coming from and Lily saw an owl out there.
"What the bloody hell is an owl doing out this late at night," she exclaimed. "Oh well I better go get it and make sure it has nothing important."
So she got up and walked to the window to let the owl in she took the letter from it to see whom it was for, it was for her.
It read:
To: Lily Evans Gryffindor Tower Girls Dorms
She didn't recognize the handwriting, but she opened it anyways. She continued reading it.
Lily,
I wanted you to know, Like the way i know. Over and over i have thought about it. Vamoose is what you always tell me to do, Even though You say it i'll never stop. Only you. Ugly you called yourself once; i never want to hear it again because you aren't. now lily take each capital letter and circle them then read what it says to know how i really feel about you.
James"
She circled each capital letter. I had said; I love you.
"Oh my Merlin," Lily stated. "He loves me. I thought it was just a fling, just some stupid crush that he was going to get over. I'll talk to him in the morning."
"James! JAMES! Wait up!"
"Oh hey Lily," James said surprised.
"James do you really love me?"
"Yes of course I love you Lily, how-"
She cut him off with a kiss, one that was filled with love and passion. They knew they were going to be together forever.
"Awwwwwwwwww! Dang it!"
"Pay up Padfoot. I would've thought you would have more faith in your best friend," said Remus smugly.
"Ha bloody ha Moony."
