Jack walks through the doors of the dojo…
"Where were you?!" exclaimed Kim
"Just…you know…taking a walk around the mall…" said Jack hesitantly.
"YOU taking a walk around the MALL?! And hedgehogs might fly, you idiot! What were you REALLY doing?" asked Kim.
"Well, actually…it wasn't too bad…I kind of met a REALLY pretty girl while I was browsing a book store…we kind of talked and…well…we're going out together on Saturday…" said Jack, averting her gaze.
"You're …WHAT?!" stuttered Kim, looking utterly perplexed.
"You heard me!" said Jack, his face turning red.
Kim opened her mouth, but nothing came out. Then she turned walked away, then broke into a run.
Back in the dojo, Jack gazed unseeingly at the spot where Kim disappeared…
