Chara walked down the dark hallway, "Howdy! I'm Flowey!" said Flowey. Chara stared at the talking flower talking to her. He winked and her energy got up than pellets flew at her. Chara deflected them, her soul didn't get damaged. Flowey got filled with rage, "GO. INTO. THE. PELLETS!" he yelled, he tried again but Chara knew it was a trap. Her soul moved to the left, Flowey's face turned into a horrid smile. Pellets surrounded her with every inch getting closer. Then out of nowhere… A gust of fire hit the flower and he fell to the ground, "Poor child are you ok?" the tall figure asked. Chara looked up to the goat humanoid figure, Toriel picked up Chara. "You seemed lost, poor child," said Toriel. Chara nodded, "Well, let me take you somewhere safe!" said Toriel. Chara yawned in tiredness, she fell asleep on Toriel's soft fur. "Aww, so adorable," said Toriel. Chara than woke up, she looked around at the purple walls. "You're awake!" said Toriel. Chara got up and stretched, "Hmm, I wonder if I could get out of here…" Chara thought to herself. She looked up at Toriel, "Well come on now, let me take you to your room. This is your new home now." said Toriel. Chara nodded and followed her, she looked around and went into a room finding Toriel's room. "Um we mustn't go in there," said Toriel picked her up. Chara squirmed trying to break free of Toriel's paws. "Aw now don't be like that. Just don't go in there alright my child?" Asked Toriel. Chara nodded, "Good," said Toriel putting her down. Chara followed Toriel with every step getting a bit more curious. "What is this place?" asked Chara. "This is the ruins," said Toriel, "Wh- Wait you can talk? That's new!" said Toriel. "I'm not such a talker," said Chara. "Well, I won't force you to talk." Said Toriel. Chara nodded, they made it to two doors. "This is the outside, but you don't have to go and won't go," said Toriel. "But I want to…" said Chara, Toriel froze, "I-It's too dangerous! You could get hurt!" said Toriel. "I can take care of myself! I may be a child, but I can do things no one else can," said Chara. "Than prove it. If you beat me you are allowed to go to the outside." said Toriel, "But I don't want to hurt you." said Chara. "I'll be fine, now prove yourself!" flames flew towards Chara. She deflected them and didn't fight back. "I don't want to fight!" said Chara, "You must, to prove yourself you can live in the outsides," said Toriel. Chara froze in terror and got hit by some flames, Chara got up and wiped the blood off her chin. She grabbed a knife and stabbed Toriel in the stomach leaving Toriel weak. "I'm so sorry!" said Chara, Toriel looked up. "You proved yourself, now. You can leave my child," said Toriel. Chara looked down at her, "I… Can't leave you… You're bleeding ou-" Toriel's soul left her body. Toriel fell to the body, Chara gasped and picked up her soul and kneeled down. "I-... I'm so sorry!" said Chara crying. Chara tried putting the soul back into her body.
