Anonymous asked you: Write me a fic. About Thadbastian.

It was Thad who first approached him. After the Mckinley incident the Warblers had taken to avoiding him completely outside of practice (although Trent had been giving him the stink eye whenever he could) and for the most part he hadn't cared but Sebastian had to admit that he had liked hanging out with Thad. He was nice and laughingly formal. He had caught himself once or twice thinking that it might be fun to help loosen the guy up.

Sebastian was about to ask him what he wanted when Thad gets right down to business.

"Look, Sebastian, we're all at fault here. We may not have known about the slushie but there were plenty of other things we could have done to make it up to Kurt and Blaine. But we didn't. It was our decision to listen to your ideas, which you presented as reasonable and compelling arguments at the time."

Sebastian felt like he was a parent-teacher conference. Thad really needed to get laid. Maybe Sebastian can help him with that too.

"Which I heard Wesley reamed you and David about. I heard there were threats of spanking with a gavel? Didn't think the three of you were the type," he teased.

The tips of Thad's ears turned red but he ignored the innuendo, far too used to it at this point in their pseudo-friendship. "He made some pretty reasonable and compelling points as well."

Sebastian smirked knowing full well that Wesley had been far from reasonable when he heard about what happened to Blaine.

"We're not rescinding our decision to make you captain," Thad continued. "You're a good leader and you have vision. We're just saying that maybe it would benefit the group if you reconsidered some of your methods."

The tiny voice in Sebastian head that told him, "Maybe you've gone too far" was quickly stifled by his father's stern voice ordering, "Don't embarrass me, son".

God, if he had any more daddy issues he'd be in the service industry.

Sebastian leveled Thad with his own stare. "You want to win don't you?"

The other Warbler sighed, clearly disappointed. "Not like this."

Sebastian vaguely felt like vomiting. He had felt the same way when he saw Blaine on the floor at the garage, had felt the same sinking sensation when he had stopped Nick and Jeff from going back. This time though it was coupled with a heaviness in his chest he didn't expect. He didn't like it one bit.

He sat back on his chair, and let his trademark smirk slide into place. "I'll stay away from Blaine but I'm not promising anything else."

Thad opened his mouth the press his point but seemed to think better of it. Instead he rapped his knuckles on the table as a way of saying good bye and stood up.

Sebastian didn't watch him go but from his periphery he saw Thad look back at him before leaving the study.

The unsettling feeling was back full force and Sebastian practically growled as he shoved it down. He had felt the same thing once with Blaine. He wasn't about to let that happen again.
