"Jake, I'm really proud of you," Alan told his eighteen year old son.
Jake smiled at his dad. "Thanks. I mean I know I'm only working at Blockbuster but its full time and I get to watch free movies.
"On the brighter side Jake is getting his own place," Charlie said drinking a beer. "You should be proud of yourself Jake, you got your own place before your father."
Alan glared at his older brother. "Who cooks and cleans?"
"Who still lives at his brother's house for half of his life?" Charlie snapped. "I hope death is coming soon for me. That reminds me Jake you get to have the house after I croak."
Jake smiled big at Charlie. "Thanks, Uncle Charlie!"
Alan looked at Charlie confused. "Why don't I get the place after you croak?"
"Because you've annoyed me all my life, Jake here didn't," Charlie drawled.
"Oh that reminds me Uncle Charlie, make sure you change the locks then when you know your going to croak."
"Jake!" Alan said stunned.
"Deal," Charlie said shaking Jake's hand.
The End.
