Psion Storm - Medea can generate a storm of mental fire that is so potent it can distort space and time. The downside is that it puts a large strain on her brain
Quirk Mutation Via One For All: Psion Nucleus Meltdown - When Medea received One For All from All Might her body couldn't contain the power which caused her to instinctively use her Quirk. When this happened her body was converted into Psion energy. This basically made it so One For All empowered her Quirk but because of the way her Quirk mutated there is effectively no downside. For an idea of how her Quirk works look at the Psionics of xcom 1 & 2...but apply One For All to them and a lot more versatility to it.
Appearance Before Mutation:
Hair - Waist length white hair with intricate purple energy constructs interwoven into it. The longer her hair the more energy constructs.
Eyes - Black sclera with a glowing neon purple iris.
Skin - Snow white without any blemishes.
Clothes - Black jeans. Black combat boots with purple metal plates. Dark purple fingerless gloves. Black belt with a purple skull belt buckle. Black tube top. Purple leather jacket. Black and purple wireless headphones.
Appearance After Mutation:
