Unfortunately we don't own Heroes, and we see no profit from this fic.
It is also partially based on You Don't Mess With The Zohan, and we don't own that one, too.
Yuval Carmi was always good at bargaining. Of course, he never knew he was… extraordinary. After he finished his time in the army (Golani Force, of course. The best of the best) he decided to try his luck in the land where dreams come true. So he packed a small bag and bought an outrageously over-priced one-way ticket to NYC, home of Seinfeld, Friends and every other sitcom on the planet.
Surprisingly enough, he discovered that living in New-York is not as expensive as he thought – his apartment only cost him 200 a month. But that's only because he bargained it for a couple of hours…
No one could resist Yuval's charm and his incredible negotiating talent. Or should we say… ability.
"This man is dangerous!" yelled Noah, his horn-rimmed glasses glistening in the Neon light.
"This man," said Angela, pointing at a snapshot of a grinning Yuval, "is capable. He is capable of everything. We need him."
"He's a threat to our society! Just imagine the destruction he could cause, he cannot be a free man! He belongs on level five."
"We need him on our side, Noah. We should make him an offer."
"An offer?" said Noah, shocked. "Did you even understand what his power is about?"
"I'm not stupid, Noah," she said, nonchalant.
At that moment, Sylar walked into the room, wiping his hands in a suspiciously red handkerchief. "What were you talking about?"
Bennet and Angela glanced at each other, smiling.
Yuval was making his way back to his apartment. He had quite a day – he managed to sell I-heart-NY t-shirts for almost 50 a piece. As he put the key in his keyhole he imagined all the things he could buy with his great earnings… a plasma screen, a DVD player, a wild night out… as he open the door he saw two men sitting comfortably on the couch.
"Halo! What are you doing here?" he said, bewildered.
"Hello, Mr. Carmi," said Noah, "May I interest you in our special offer?"
After Noah explained all the details, Yuval has reluctantly accepted a job at the Company. There was only one thing to arrange.
"So how much you will pay me?"
"Well, I was thinking about – "Bennett's phone suddenly rang. It was Clair. "Excuse me, I have to take this."
Obviously, Bennet has not been working with Sylar long enough, as he was stupid enough to leave the two of them alone in the room together. He stepped outside of the well-furnished apartment, leaving Sylar practically drooling at Yuval.
"That's quite an ability you got there," he said.
"It's fixing me very good in my life. Only today I made – "but he couldn't finish his sentence, as Sylar telekinetically pushed him against the wall, savoring the moment.
"Bona… what are you gonna do to me?"
"I'm going to take out your brain and take your ability… you're obviously not worth it… you're not using it well…"
"Your mother is not using it well!"
Ten minutes later, while Bennet was still on the phone, Sylar stepped out of the apartment holding a plastic box. Bennet hung up.
"What happened?" he asked.
"I'd rather not talk about it."
"What happened?"
"Well… I was going for his brain and he… he convinced me to take this box of hummus instead."
