Identity Confusion

Que-min was a girl on a mission, and nothing was going to get in her way today! It had been too long since she had seen her beloved Jung-woo, mainly due to certain distractions (his absence from school, the Pretty Boy Fan Club and her 'relationship' with Ghoon-hahm, how annoying…), and now she had a chance to watch him without any of those problems cropping up!

She sighed happily. Of course, granted, hiding in a bush wasn't the best idea she had had, but she didn't mind sacrificing her comfort as long as she had a good view of Jung-woo.

Speaking of which…she wondered why he was sat alone on the bench, looking almost…agitated? She watched him check his watch, idly wondering when he had cut his lovely hair. Not that it mattered, he still looked completely gorgeous to her.

'Is he…waiting for someone?' her stomach filled with dread. 'What if…what if he has a girlfriend?'

She watched in silence as Jung-woo looked to his watch again, before looking up to his left and grinning. Her gaze followed his to the tall, black haired boy stood before him.

"You're late," she heard before Jung-woo stood up and hugged the other boy, pressing their lips together.

Her eyes widened in shock. 'Jung-woo has a…boyfriend?' Granted, the very image was totally hot, if she did say so herself, but…it felt like her heart was breaking in two.

"So he has a boyfriend…this means he's completely out of my reach…I never had a chance…Jung-woo…" she whispered, eyes filling with tears.

"Yes?"

Que-min turned and stood up so fast she almost toppled back into the bush.

"J-Jung-woo?!" she asked, eyes wide with shock as she stared at the boy stood before her.

"Yes…why were you hiding in a bush?" he asked, one eyebrow raised. Que-min ignored the question, opting instead to look between the object of her affections and…

"If you're Jung-woo, then…who is that?!" she pointed in the direction of the couple by the bench. Jung-woo looked over and smiled slightly.

"Oh, her? She's my cousin, Tae-yeon," he answered. Que-min flushed red. The gorgeous blonde over there was a girl?

"You look so alike!" she said incredulously, still looking between the two.

Jung-woo laughed (Que-min reveled in the sound, and thought that he should laugh more often). "Everyone says that…I don't think we look so alike, myself…well, I better go, see you later…?" Que-min caught the unspoken question.

"It's Que-min, and I'll see you in school!" she smiled before the boy strolled off, hands in his pockets.

So all in all, she thought later, her day had gone pretty well. Sure, she had confused her love for his female cousin, but…

Well, she had to admit, even now, knowing she was a girl, she still thought Tae-yeon was gorgeous.

Of course, identical cousin or not, Jung-woo still had her beat hands down.
