A young man with dark curly hair was sitting on the bed, typing on his laptop very fast and drinking tea during the breaks from programming.
- Who are you texting with, James? – he asked, without looking at the man.
- Just a friend.
- A friend? Since when do you have friends? Does that friend have a name? – he was asking coldly, still without looking at James.
- Yes, her name's Joanna – he answered calmly, but there was an growing anger in his incredibly blue eyes. He disliked controlling and restrictions.
- Oh, you have a female friend! How gullible do you think I am? – He turned off the laptop, took his coat from a hanger and went outside. He felt betrayed, once again. James was extremely secretive, accordingly to his profession.
After half an hour of absence, Q came back home.
- Where the hell have you been?! – James shouted at younger man. – You've been smoking, haven't you? You'll die because of it.
- Stop pretending that you care! - Q yelled at his partner for the first time. – You don't care, you never say anything about yourself. Practically, I don't even know you. Your files gave me some facts, but I know nothing about your feelings – he ended sadly, almost with tears in his eyes.
- Oh, my little silly boy. I do care – James looked in Q's eyes and smiled gently. – I do care, because I love you.
- So why are you such a mysterious man?
- I'll tell you why. It's my first such a serious relationship. Even with Vesper it wasn't that significant. I don't know how I should behave. But I really, really don't want to spoil it – James said and put his hand at Q's shoulder. Younger man touched James' face gently and whispered:
- I know. I'm sorry for my green-eyed monster. I'm aware that sometimes I overreact, but I can't help it. I'm just so deeply in love with you – Q blushed. Middle-aged man kissed him and asked:
- Do you want to meet Joanna?
Young man confirmed, so they went to the nearby restaurant together.
- Look, that's her – James pointed straight.
- That one in the red dress?
- No, she's wearing navy shingle.
- But that woman is in her seventies!
- Yes. And she texts me, plays on console and programs. I though you may like her – James smiled and ruffles Q's hair.
