A/N Meh, I was bored and didn't feel like working on Crazy Kisses or my new story.
Why
"Chad, what's the meaning of life?" Sonny asked as she lifted her head off Chad's chest.
Chad and Sonny were lying on a blanket in the park looking up at the stars. They had been having a nice carefree evening but Sonny had been wondering some things lately and couldn't see a better time to ask her wonderful boyfriend Chad Dylan Cooper.
"That's based on perspective." Chad answered matter-o-factly.
"Ok…what's your "perspective" of the meaning of life then?" Sonny asked. She had nothing better to do then annoy Chad with her questions at this point.
"I dunno…Nothing in life comes easy, Chad Dylan Cooper, finding true love." Chad said smiling down at Sonny.
"Well I'm gonna guess that Chad Dylan Cooper is not the meaning of life." Sonny said laughing.
"Admit it Monroe, I'm the meaning of your life." Chad said poking her nose.
"Only if you admit you can't live without me Cooper." Sonny said poking him back.
"How about we both love each other to death. Agreed?" Chad looked hopefully at Sonny.
"Agreed." Sonny leaned up to kiss him.
The couple went back to their original position of just looking at the stars.
"Chad, how did the universe come into existence?" Sonny asked after a few moments, this time not bothering to get up. Chad smiled his dazzling smile.
"Well God said that there should be a great actor named Chad Dylan Cooper. And in order for that to happen there had to be a universe so he created one."
"Every time I ask you something are you going to turn it into something about you?" Sonny asked moving to look at him with a raised eyebrow.
"Every thing is already about me, I'm just the only one who sees it." He told Sonny. Sonny put her head back down.
"Chad, why'd you choose me?" Sonny asked. Now instead of being annoying she was going to get Chad to answer a question without including himself.
"What do you mean?" Chad asked completely confused.
"Why did you choose to be with me? You could have any girl you wanted. But here you are in the park with So Random member Sonny Monroe."
"I didn't choose you Sonny." Chad said seriously.
"Well then Chad. How did we get to this if you didn't even want me? Good-bye." Sonny stood up and started walking away when Chad caught her arm and turned her around.
"Sonny, just because I didn't choose you doesn't mean I don't want you. I said what I said because I feel like you chose me. I have no idea why you would want to be with the jerk that is Chad Dylan Cooper when you could have a guy that's actually worthy of you." Chad said sincerely. Suddenly Sonny burst into laughter making Chad confused again.
"What's so funny?"
"That you really believed that I would get mad at you over something like that. I just wanted to get a decent answer out of you for something. But that last answer you gave was the sweetest thing I've ever heard." Sonny said as she wrapped her arms around Chad's neck.
"Well that's because Chad Dylan Cooper always has the best answer for everything." Chad said smiling. He leaned down to give Sonny a kiss but she stopped him.
"Chad can I ask one more thing?" Sonny asked innocently.
"As long as I get to kiss you after I don't care." He tried to kiss her again but was refused.
"Na-ah. Gotta answer my question first."
"Fine what is it?" Chad said a little agitated.
"Why is Chad Dylan Cooper a self-centered egotistic jerk and Chad an incredibly sweet boyfriend?"
A/N Pretty sucky huh? I hated the ending but couldn't think of anything else. Any way look out for my new story that will be coming soon. It's called First Impressions although that may change.
