"Look, I know this is an unfortunet situation, but this is all we can afford," Sasuke explained.
"I know , but I'm too tired to argue," Sakura said.
This was the cheapest hotel room in one of the worst cities in the nation. This was the bottom of the barrel, how could this happen...? The short answer is they were attacked on their way to the Crystal village to meet someone name Heisenburg for a top secret mission. They barely escaped and had to walk all day before reaching the most ghetto town they've seen.
They both stared at the tiny hotel room. Well, tiny is an understatement, but this was all they could afford. It was so small, sleeping on the floor wasn't an option. There was only the bed. There wasn't even a bathroom, which probably wasn't even legal!
"How are we gonna sleep?" Sakura asked?
"Let's just get on opposite sides," he responded.
Sasuke sat on the bed and began taking off his shoes. Sakura walked as far away from him as she could.
"Don't look," she said before turing her back to him. She took off her shirt and slipped on a night gown. She slipped off her bottoms, her night gown covering just above her knees. She turned around to see Sasuke wearing nothing but his boxers for a split second as he got into bed.
She got in the opposite side. They covered up under a sheet, not even a blanket.
"I'm cold," she whispered to him.
"Hn, me too"
The room got colder as they slowly fell asleep...
Sakura woke up in the morning feeling surprisingly warm. It wasn't until she opened her eyes that she noticed Sasuke's arms were hugging her, and her arms were around his abs. Their legs were tangled together. She didn't know how it happened, it must have been purely for warmth.
At first she was embarrassed and surprised, but she realized he was still sleeping and it was so warm! She looked at his face, he looked so peaceful and almost happy. She loved seeing him like this. That's when he opened his eyes too. They looked into each other's eyes, and smiled.
