"whoa!" Soul looks down from the roof and spots a black-haired girl in deep red robes. There's and orange-haired boy next to her but soul is too busy staring at the female.
"She's here!" Kid shows up next to him and jumps off the roof, landing in front of the newcomers. "Welcome to the academy!"
"Kid" she states calmly.
"Kagome, Shippo" he greets them before the girl tackles him to the ground.
"What the hell?" Soul is immediately down there but Shippo blocks his path. "listen kid, you better move real fast or I'll have to use force"
"no way am I letting you hurt Kagome!" Shippo snarls.
"Soul its ok" kid stands and dusts himself off. "Kagome and I have always greeted each other this way" he pulls Kagome up off the ground "we are cousins after all"
