Home Again
Disclaimer: 'Home Again' is sung by 'Blackmore's Night', don't own song or books about Hobbits. I realize there is more to the song however it wasn't on the Blackmore's Night site. Song removed due to ff.n rules, see site: Fan Fiction Now .com for unedited version
NOTES: (READ THESE) Set after Saruman and Wormtongue have been defeated. Events may be wrong, it's been a while since I read 'Return of the King'. Also I'm assuming/writing in a part for a girl for Frodo, no it's not self insertion, this song just needs more than one Hobbit going to his girl. Spoiler alert if you haven't read the last book
(Song)
Frodo stared at the faces of the Hobbits around him. Saruman and Wormtongue, who had been oppressing them, had been defeated. The whole area was silent, as if waiting for something. That something happened when someone, a Took it was later found out, shouted for a party.

Sam heard a shriek, and turned, only to be attacked by Rose. The woman had tears in her eyes, and Samwise tried to calm her down. "Sam I missed you." She told him as he hugged her.
(song)
Frodo, Merry, and Pippin watched this affair with smiles on their faces, at last Sam had come home to 'his' Rose. The other three Hobbits separated and mixed with the crowd.
(song)
Merry and Pippin found the girlfriends they had left who greeted them much the way Rose had greeted Sam. Frodo, after some searching found his girl. He tried to read the emotions on her face, and was unable to until she put her arms around his neck telling him he was crazy to go off like that, even if he had moved, he still shouldn't have left her no word when he wanted to go off on an adventure.
(song)
Night fell as the Hobbits began to party with what hadn't been sold. It was amazing how much Saruman had kept for himself. So of course they partied with what they had, amazingly no one, not even a Sackville-Baggins commented on how little there was. What they lacked in food and drink they made up for in spirit.
(song)
Frodo watched from afar as everyone partied. He had managed to lose his girl, yet he still had too much attention for his liking. He wanted to be alone, and just sit and sort out everything that happened.
(song)
That night passed leaving everyone with memories they both loved and hated. Years later Frodo thought about the events of that night as the boat left the Gray Havens, the Shire, and Middle Earth forever.
