Rock Star Type

Disclaimer: I own nothing.

Summary: No, they were wrong, he wasn't the nice rock star type. JONAS. Told from Angelina's point of view.

A/N: So, I noticed that Angelina disappeared (as we all expected her too) and I thought, hmm, guess Joe's not the nice rock star type after all... And I was like GAH! Story idea! So, hope you like it!

I put my books in my locker.

It had been one week, two days, and fourteen hours that I had been dating Joe Lucas.

Joe freaking Lucas!

He's been surprisingly nice, and not what I had expected at all.

I kept up with all the tabloids about him, the dating rumors, and the articles.

He was a regular guy, dating Stella Malone, and the nice rock star type according to Teenster Magazine.

I'm positive that the Stella Malone stuff is garbage, but everything else is true.

I grabbed my books for the next class and went over to Joe's locker.

He stopped putting his books away and looked at me.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"I came to talk to you." I said, the smile falling from my face.

"Okay, but who are you?" He asked, shutting his locker door.

"Umm, I'm Angelina, your girlfriend?" I said, holding off on the last word as if it was too good to be true.

"Doesn't ring a... Oh, I get it!" He said tapping my arm. "You're a fan... You want my autograph. Well I don't really have a pen." He said looking through his bag.

"Duck." He said pulling me down as we heard screams and a bunch of pens flew over us.

We got up and saw them hit the wall in the shape of a heart.

He went to go get one.

"No, wait, Joe! Stop!" I said.

"What?" He said, sounding irritated.

"Don't you remember me? I play the cello, we went for chocolate tacos, anything sound familiar?" I asked.

"Oh... No." He said, walking away again.

I followed him.

The blond girl that I remembered from last week took Joe's hand in hers.

I glared at their intertwined fingers.

"Who's this, Joe Bear?" The blond asked.

"No one, Stella. Just some girl who says she dated me." Joe shrugged.

Stella smiled and shrugged.

Her and Joe walked away, leaving me standing there alone in the hall.

My eyes started to well up.

All the magazines had to be write, didn't they?

Regular guy, nailed it.

Dating Stella Malone, nailed it.

They were right, weren't they?

No, they were wrong, he wasn't the nice rock star type.

He forgot about me after a week.

He... Lost interest.

I can' believe I let myself fall again.

This is like Jason Tosh all over again.

Except for, it's worse.

At least he knew who she was.

He remembered her.

He was a star math-lete, but Joe was just a star.

No.

Joe was just a poser, a conceited rock star who used her until she was no fun anymore.

And then I did something I never do.

I started crying in the middle of the hallway for anyone to see.

I put my hands up to my face and hiccuped.

He wasn't the nice rock star type at all.

Just the rockstar type.
