That was tough… The thing is Tezuka and Fuji are together, then Ryoma (he's the one whom Fuji was embracing) confessed and was accepted by Fuji, and Tezuka found out so he was upset and stuff and thus leading to his decision of leaving Fuji… The ending is made up cause the actual outcome is not decided yet…
