Tears filled my eyes as I saw him dead.

My one true love, dead.

I couldn't bear to look at him… his eyes that were once full of life now grey and dull like smoke.

I ran and pushed past many people. Memories, good memories, were playing in my mind…

"Honey," Cedric whispered in my ear as he stroked my hair lovingly.

"Yeah?" I replied back, lying in his arms under our tree with the initials CD+CC carved on it.

He sighed and he looked blankly at the lake in front of him, "I love you, I always want you know that."

"Ced," I instinctively knew something was wrong as I turned in his arms to face him, "What's the matter?"

He gently pushed me off. He got up and continued to face the lake and said, "I just…I don't wanna leave you…" He turned and faced me with a look of sadness on his face, "Many people died in this Tournament and I don't want to be one of those people…"

"Darling," I said as I got up and walked to him, "You won't leave me, I promise."

He kissed me passionately and reached into his pocket and took a long box out, "Here, for you to always remember me," he opened the box and in it was a gold bracelet with a heart attached to it with the CD+CC engraved on it.

He put it on my hand and I looked up at him with tears of joy in my eyes, "I love you Cedric, don't you ever forget that."

I ran 'til I couldn't run anymore. I slumped back on a tree and saw it had CD+CC carved on it. The tree where he gave, to me, his heart and soul.

Well it goes like this the fourth, the fifth
the minor fall and the major lift
the baffled king composing Hallelujah

If all the tears that I cried in those minutes were collected, it would probably water the whole of Hogwarts for many years.

I miss him… his silky blonde hair, the way he kisses me like he has all the time in the world… I want to be with him again.

Wait! Of course! If I die I can see him again. But how…

I looked at the lake. If I drowned myself… Everyone I know will miss me, but it's worth it in the end… Just to see him again.

was how to shoot somebody who outdrew you

I walked down into the lake. Good-bye friends, good-bye family, good-bye my life.

I put my head under the water. After about 30 seconds it felt like someone was strangling me; I couldn't breathe.

it's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah

I could see his face smiling at me as darkness was taking me away. To be with him again.

I smiled before I was taken. I'll be with now forever.
