It was dark and cloudy, and Ianto was standing outside the hub. He wanted to go home, to his and Jack's place, but couldn't. He thought of the fight he and Jack had the night before, and he didn't want to face Jack, not after what he said to him. Ianto couldn't believe that he called Jack a……. A careless crock. A bad father. A terrible lover. Ianto wanted to apologize to Jack, but he didn't know how. He could still see the pain in Jack's eyes when he said those horrible words.
Jack was in the apartment wondering where Ianto was. He missed him, and he knew that Ianto didn't mean all the things he said. It was getting late and Jack started to worry, Ianto always came home, whether they had a fight or not. Jack got his coat, and headed out of the apartment towards his car. About 15 minutes later he arrived at the hub.
Ianto was now inside the hub, cleaning, he didn't know why, but cleaning help him clear his mind. He was so busy that he did hear Jack coming into the hub.
"Ianto."
Ianto froze when he heard Jack's voice. He slowly turned around, and Jack could see he had been crying.
"Jack? What are you doing here? Where is Jasper?"
"Don't worry, he's with Gwen and Rhys. You didn't really think I would leave our son alone at the apartment? Did you?"
"No, I know you would never do that. I am so sorry for all the horrible things I said."
There were tears coming out of Ianto's eyes yet again. He loved Jack more than anything, and because of that he couldn't forgive himself for hurting Jack yet again. Jack went over to Ianto and gave him a hug.
"I know you didn't mean it. I'm sorry too. I don't know what came over me."
"I love you so much it hurts. And I never wanna lose you."
"I love you too. And Jasper. You two are my world."
Jack kissed Ianto very passionately. Jack then broke the kiss and looked at Ianto.
"You know, if you hadn't been so pushy when you asked for a job here, we wouldn't be here right now. And I thank you for that. I know it was because of Lisa you were so pushy, but still. I found the love of my life and I'm never letting you go."
"Well, lucky for you, you never have too, because you're stuck with me for the rest of your life. Well okay at least for the rest of my life."
Ianto smiled at Jack who was smiling back at him.
"Let's go home."
"What about Jasper?"
"Gwen said we could pick him up tomorrow."
"So we're alone tonight?"
Ianto had a daring smile on his lips.
"Yep. So what do you say about going home and spending as much time in bed as possible?"
"Just tell me one thing!"
"What?"
"What are we still doing here?"
Jack smiled widely, and started dragging Ianto out of the hub. The rest of the night Ianto and Jack spend in bed. Enjoying each other and playing a little game called "Naked hide and seek".
"Jack stop cheating"
"I never cheat."
"Really. Well I don't believe you!"
"Well."
Jack when over to Ianto and put his hands on his boyfriends waist.
"Well what?"
"Nothing."
Jack pulled Ianto to the bed. After an hour or so, they were both sound asleep in each other's arms.
