Summary: Chomp, chomp, chomp. That's all Jin heard from Yusuke. Now he wants to know what makes the boy CHOMP so much! Requested fic from my cousin, JJ!
Chomp, chomp, chomp. Hoooooooo, POP!!
Jin's left eye twitched. That was maybe the thirty-second time he heard that in the past five minutes!
Usually, the wind shinobi was at Master Genkai's dojo, training with his friends, but he decided to go and chat with his other friend, Yusuke. But all that came out of the boy's mouth was chomping!
"Ay Yusuke, why're ya chewin' s'loud?" Jin asked in his thick Irish accent. There was annoyance in his tone. Yusuke chomped more so, obviously not hearing him. "YUSUKE!!" He jumped.
"Huh?!" Jin glared at him, which was unusual for him. He always had a smile on his face, but with Yusuke not listening, he was mad.
"Why're ya chewin' s'loud?" Jin repeated. Yusuke blinked. He thought for a few moments on what exactly what Jin said.
"Oh, gum!" Yusuke answered, now realizing what he was asked. Jin tilted his head slightly.
"Eh? 'Gum'?" Yusuke nodded slowly. Why was Jin so confus-
"Oh, you don't know what gum is, right?" he asked. Jin nodded, curiousity in his ocean blue eyes.
"Well, gum is just... something most humans like to chew!" Yusuke answered, nodding to himself. Jin sweat dropped.
"Aw right..." Silence...
"So Jin, do you want a- Ahh, crap!" Yusuke's piece of gum fell out of his mouth while he was trying to talk to his friend. Jin blinked before grinning idiotically and started snickering.
"Grr, shut up Jin," Yusuke grumbled as he picked up the piece of light blue gum off the floor and threw it in the trash. He then proceeded to take out something from his pocket. It was two sticks of gum, wrapped in tin foil(?).
"Ay, wassat?" Jin asked between snickers, pointing at the gum.
"Gum," Yusuke responded emotionlessly, giving him a stick. Jin shoved the whole stick of gum into his mouth, without taking off the wrapper.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk..." Yusuke clicked his tongue and was about to scold his friend when...
Plbbbbt! Pa-TOOEY!!
Yusuke twitched and started to tremble. Jin had spit out his gum, and the gum landed into Yusuke's hair. There was a gooey, sticky mess right in the middle of Yusuke's hair.
"Err... Hee-hee?" Jin said in a voice that was barely above of a whisper. He was scared. Yusuke's hair was one of the most important things he cherished. And he ruined it.
"Jin..." Yusuke said in a dark and low voice. His chocolate brown eyes had skulls in them. Jin whipped around and ran out the nearest door.
"JIN!!"
