thrill pair-one shot-Fuji centric

Being Echizen Ryoma's lover was hard. But the feeling of being able to conqure the unconquerable was very rewarding after all. Though Fuji still wasn't sure if Ryoma let him win or if he truly was able to break Ryoma. All Fuji lived for was this thrill, the thrill of winning to be able to hear the sound of defeat. But he always wondered if he ever truly heard the sound, or maybe it was still something foreign too his ears.
For Fuji was someone of perpetual smiles and his eyes were always closed. People seemed to think he could always see everything. But was that true? It was a fact Fuji never lost not in a game like this. Not in one where Ryoma was involved, he always seemed to be able to read each move. Even when his eyes were closed. It was just that his eyes were closed for a reason. He doesn't want to see what he already knows. There was something there he didn't want to breach, something even the tensai was scared of. But Ryoma wasn't, he was never scared. Somehow Ryoma was able to reach into that part of Fuji and open the door he was always afraid of.
Inside that door were the feelings Fuji never wanted to feel. He couldn't bring himself to give his heart away. Thats why he smiles, thats why his eyes are closed. But Ryoma was able to open his eyes to those feelings he was terrified of. Love. Fuji always thought he couldn't feel love, the lovers he had were just toys he could play with. He also knew that if anyone opened that door that was so tightly locked they would find something no one could realize.
That underneath Fuji was just a broken man. The thrill was something he needed because he had nothing else, he needed something he could cling too. But then there was Ryoma someone he could never really overcome. But Ryoma was someone he needed, because somewhere a long the way Ryoma lit a light to the door he was hiding. But maybe it wasn't Ryoma that opened it, maybe it was him. Fuji still wasn't sure.
The only thing Fuji truly knew about him and Ryoma was that he found it. Someone he could love, he could cherish, he could just be with. And all it took was the fallout.
