A/N: Now don't get me wrong, I love the fics that portray Sirius as stupid/naive/wacky/crazy and/or random, but where oh where did that interpretation come from?

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em...

It was a Saturday morning and Sirius and Remus were sitting eating breakfast in the Great hall.

Remus had just started on his daily Muggle newspaper when, rather suddenly, Sirius got up on the table and did the Macarena.

When he sat back down Sirius noticed Remus gazing at him oddly. "What?" he said.

Remus looked at him confused, "why did you just do that?"

"Do what?" Sirius asked.

"You just got up on the table and did the Macarena, I saw you do it."

Sirius shrugged as if he didn't understand.

Remus turned to his left and nudged the boy next to him. "You saw Sirius get up on the table and dance didn't you?…didn't you!?"

The boy stared at him as if he were mad. "Saw Sirius do what?" he asked puzzled.

"Argh!" Remus looked at them both incredulously.

He looked around and noticed that no-one in the Great Hall had seemed to notice it either.

He shook his head. I'm going mad.

He reminded himself to lay off the late night Firewhisky he used to drown his werewolf blues.

"Don't be down Moony, I might have done the Macarena," Sirius said non-committedly. "But you need to know that if I did, it was out of undiluted wackiness and people just don't notice that kind of thing" Sirius tapped the side of his nose.

Remus looked at him disbelieving.

Sirius shrugged his shoulders again and leaned in to explain. "Listen, I did it 'cos I'm 'wacky' ok? Haven't you ever wondered why people call me 'wacky Sirius'?"

"No one calls you 'wacky Sirius'." Remus argued

"…Being wacky is what I do. Sprouts! See? Did you see what I did?"

"…But no one calls you 'wacky Sirius'…"

Suddenly a young boy came over and clapped Sirius on the back. "Hey if it isn't wacky Sirius!" Sirius gave him the thumbs up sign, pulling a 'wacky' face.

Remus let his head thud on the table. It was going to be a long day.
