Oliver Hazard-Perry let out a sigh as he waited by his locker, waiting for his friend Schuyler Van Alen to join him. Since she had begun living with her Uncle she had been forbidden to see Oliver. But since their lockers were next to each other they could easily slip note to each other of times and places of where to meet. He was about to leave his post and go find her when she suddenly appeared down the hall walking quickly towards him. Oliver smiled and leaned against his locker trying to look at ease. Schuyler to had a smile upon her face and looked as if she was picking up speed. And just as Oliver opened his mouth to greet his friend, she walked straight past him into the arms of none other than Jack Force. And with that Oliver's smiled turned to a scowl as he turned and walked down the hall on his own. He turned back about half-way down the hall to see if Schuyler had noticed him at all. She hadn't and it pained him to look at her with Jack and for him to see how happy she was. He could have made her look ten times as happy as Jack seemed to be making her. But there was nothing he could do. He knew it was all an act she had to pretend not to notice him in front of Jack otherwise he might tell his father, that Schuyler was not listening to the rules. But wouldn't Mimi be more likely to spill the beans Oliver thought but she's still in Italy with her mom so why is Sky acting like this. And that's when he saw it how could he not the entire population of the school probably saw it. He blinked and hoped it was a trick of light anything that could explain what he was seeing but he opened the eyes and saw the truth Schuyler Van Alen was standing in the middle of the hallway making out with Jack Force. And that sight made Oliver's heart break. As he thought Maybe I am just her Conduit nothing more nothing less. And with a heavy heart Oliver turned his back and continued on his way home.
