Friends Till The End
Summary: Nathan's best friend from childhood returns to Tree Hill. Will this change Nathan's outlook on life after his wife has left him?

Chapter 1
Natalie Webber walked along the narrow streets of Tree Hill looking around at the home she once loved, but she had moved on from Tree Hill. She was one of the lucky few that actually had seen something outside of this town. When she was younger, she always heard her friends talking about how they were going to get out of this town, how they were going to make something for themselfs and not be like their parents. Natalie remembered one little boy imperticular. He didn't seem to be sticking to his plan.
She walked besides the river looking around for the place her mom had told her to go. Natalie finally found the basketball court she was searching for, and made her way over to it seeing a boy about her age playing. He had very short blonde hair, and wore a white t-shirt with shorts.
"Excuse me?"
Natalie watched as the tall boy turned around to face her, the ball in his hands. "I.." get it together Nat.. She thought to herself. "I'm actually looking for someone. Heard he might be here."
"Who you looking for?" Lucas dribbled the ball as he watched the girl. He figured that she was new to Tree Hill, seeing as how he didn't remember her, but there was a feeling of familiarity that he couldn't shake.
"Nathan Scott"
Yeah I know its short but I wanted to get something posted before I went to sleep. This is my first fan fic so give me some credit lol.
