||Im a big portal fan. I may continue this I may not. Not sure yet. Tell me what y'all think J Just a bit of Chelly for you ||
My fingers tapped impatiently. Why was she so bloody slow? Why couldn't she finish this any faster!? I watched my monitor closely, "Okay, okay. Luv?" I said, running my hand through my blonde hair.
The lady looked back at me, her eyes weary and bloodshot from exhaustion.
I felt a surge of worry shoot through me. She never looked at me like that before. "Oh, my! L-luv, why didn't you tell me you were so tired?" I said, pushing my glassed back onto my nose. I knew in the back of my mind what I was doing was wrong. I knew I should give it back to her and let the lady go. Maybe, just for now, anyways, she could stop testing. "Hm, hold on…hold on…ah! There" I said, rapidly typing into the main computer in my brain.
I lowered an elevator to the testing chamber. She looked at it, then at me, her eyes studying me on the screen, judging quietly and skeptically.
I frowned, "Just get in the elevator, luv. Before I change my mind." I said.
Her face fell, stepping into the elevator. She leaned on the back of it, her eyes closing.
I raised the elevator into my lair. By the time it had reached me, she was fast asleep, slumped over in the back of the elevator on the floor.
I couldn't help but smile. She wasn't fighting, she wasn't testing, and she was just at such peace. I opened the door, watching her from above, connected to the ceiling by wires and chords. I managed to move over to where she was, my control over the wires allowing me to float in a way. I reached in, slipping the dual portal device off of her arm, setting it gently on the floor. I managed, with a little help from the chords and wires, to pick the lady up.
"hey!" I heard her voice say. I looked annoyingly at the potato, "What about me, you moron!"
I growled, "I AM NOT-" I looked at the sleeping lady in my arms.
She was breathing gently. There was no sign of defiance or trickery. She was just simply in sleep mode.
I pushed the hair from her face. She was a pretty lady. Even if she was malnourished and bruised, she had her beauty. I looked back at the potato, whispering this time, "A moron!" I whispered aggressively.
I brought the lady over to where I'm assuming the scientists who worked on her used to sleep. A collection of blankets and pillows were left in the corner. I placed her down gently, watching her as she slept.
She often kicked and lashed out at the air. Nightmares, I'm assuming.
I don't know why I wanted her dead. I just did. I also wanted her to finish the tests. I Needed her to finish those tests. I bit my lip, my brow furrowing; I wanted to shake her awake. She'd been in sleep mode long enough, right?
Or…I could kill her right now! It's perfect! I could just strangle her to death.
I nodded, smirking to myself. I leaned down, bringing my hands around her throat.
She grabbed them both by my wrists.
I froze in mid air, gulping.
She was still asleep, her hands could barley even stay on my wrists without slipping. She managed to jerk my hands off of her throat, keeping a hold of the both. She then began to pull my down to her. She was surprisingly strong for a lady who was asleep!
I somehow ended up laying beside her, her back to me, wrapping my arms around her waist.
My eyes widened. She was hugging me…no, correction, I was hugging her! What do I do from here? I looked down at her. She was curled into my body, which was much smaller than my own.
I sighed, smiling down at her. I guess for now I'll let her rest…I though, switching myself into sleep mode. She has a long day of testing ahead...
